The study used the descriptive analytical methods to achieve its goals. It employed two questionnaires, the first, which was designed to measure administrative communication styles, consisted of )30( itemswhile the secondwas designated to measure the organizational change for schools, and it consisted of )6( items. The study was applied on a random stratified sample (n = 102) of head departments.
