For this analysis, reference is made to a survey carried out in an agrarian reform settlement in the State of Parana, with young people between 14 and 20 years of age. Through the methodology of the life history and the focus group, we sought to understand the life trajectory of peasant youth, especially the young women, and the gender relations they establish in the context of family work. The theme is addressed here by the scope of emancipation, arguing that the quest for the realization of political universals, in particular that of freedom, gains specific shades in the Caribbean Sea. These tones are ultimately where the decolonizing potential of being resides, as developed by Nelson Maldonado-Torres. It is discussed as a tradition of discussion on the subject of emancipation that goes back to Hegel is in the hands of a Caribbean author, Fanon, displaced by such prism of Caribbean formation. The epidemic stirred the dynamics of various spheres of social life, such as political, socio-environmental, economic and religious. Women, mothers of babies with microcephaly, in Pernambuco, have organized themselves in movements such as the Union of Mothers of Angels (UMA), building networks of support and solidarity, sharing experiences about the care of \"angels\" or \"special children\" \"(As they call their children), and claim, in a language of rights, aid with the State and competent bodies. In this sense, this analysis is based on ethnographic work done at the UMA meetings between February and December 2016. They understand that conflicts around social reproduction are at the heart of the dispute between capital and labor. We deal with the perceptions of these women around their life experiences and expectations of the future and we reflect on the comparisons they make between their condition and that of their mother. We contrast perceptions and practices of women, according to age groups, with respect to domestic and family life. The analyzes consider variables that tend to affect the dynamics of the family groups, such as the presence or not of the spouse, the presence or not of children of child-care age and the exercise or not of paid work. Therefore, at first, we situate anti-humanism in the face of the current sociological problem and the political configuration to which it is inserted. In a second step, we pass on to the authors in question, with the help of commentators: Althusserian Marxism and its structural proposal are analyzed and, soon after, the systems theory. The aim is to answer the following questions: Which parties managed to elect women? Are there significant differences when considering the ideological spectrum? How was the distribution of these parliamentarians in the Federative Units? What is the profile of the elected women in relation to education, age and profession? How does the time of party affiliation relate to women from different parties? Is having kinship relationships with established politicians an important feature in this group? Our main hypothesis corroborates the thesis already enshrined in the literature that left-wing parliamentarians follow a long-standing trajectory within the same party, and that in order to win an elective office as a federal deputy, these politicians go through other positions, such as councilors, state deputies and, sometimes, mayors (SANTOS E SIERNA, 2007; MIGUEL, 2003). O contexto e marcado pela cisao da CUT em correntes dissidentes que formaram novas centrais sindicais, sao elas, a CSP-Conlutas, a Intersindical, a CTB e a UGT. A pesquisa realizada pelas autoras permite tracar o perfil socioeconomico e politico dos delegados.
