The main objective is to analyze the strategy for reducing stunting in order to accelerate the achievement of sustainable development goals. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from informants in the Discussion Group Forum, and interviews with the help of questionnaires, which were processed using SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is a strategic planning method used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that occur in a project. The 2020-2024 National Medium-Term Development Plan targets stunting to reach 14% by the end of 2024, while the prevalence of stunting in Jember Regency at the end of 2023 was 29.7%. So it requires the right strategy to achieve the target. In the Discussion Group Forum held on May 28, 2024 at the Wahya Wibawagraha Pendopo, Jember Regency, various views from experts were put forward which were discussed and agreed upon in an integrity pact as a form of commitment to its implementation starting on June 1, 2024. And from in-depth interviews, information was obtained from experts, policy makers and actors who had been involved in reducing stunting in Jember Regency. This study found a description of the strategy in quadrant 1 of the SWOT analysis, which means that the situation is very favorable in the problems that occur to make the strategy a solution to the problem by supporting an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy) in dealing with weaknesses and threats. The results of this study indicate that by collecting data on the entire stunting target every month as an indicator of surveillance readiness to cover 100% E-PPGBM data as evaluation material to obtain immediate treatment for each stunting case, implementing the Zero Growths Stunting Program by deploying State Civil Apparatus to play an active role in overseeing the surrounding environment that is at risk of stunting and is required to have stunted foster children, strictly enforcing the marriage dispensation application procedure and the existence of punishment for violations of the Marriage Law, implementing the Simultaneous Intervention Strategy to Accelerate the Reduction of Stunting in Jember Regency in 2024 which includes education for adolescents, the 1 family 1 fish pond program, building toilets, building uninhabitable houses, providing additional food, the one day one egg program, free health services and standardization of operational procedures for submitting marriage dispensations. And conduct education to conduct information technology selection to avoid free association and adultery, as well as providing higher education scholarships for underprivileged teenagers, as well as massive handling of underweight and wasting so that it does not become new stunting. So it will support aggressive growth policies in the strategies that have been designed. This study proposes an efficient energy management approach leveraging cost-effective technologies like the ESP8266 microcontroller and the PZEM-016 Modbus RTU energy monitoring module. Tailored towards wireless connectivity, this solution is purposefully crafted for diverse sectors operating within constrained budgets, obviating the need for intricate infrastructure. A systematic deployment of the forward engineering research methodology is undertaken to discern the requisites and hurdles inherent in energy management. The amalgamation of ESP8266, PZEM-016, and the MQTT protocol, with RabbitMQ serving as a message broker, forges an efficacious framework for inter-device information exchange. The solution's instantiation entails the interconnection of power meter devices using the MQTT protocol, transmitting data in JSON format. The PZEM-016 sensor constitutes the crux, adeptly measuring voltage, current, frequency, and power with precision. Furthermore, the solution encompasses a prototype Smart Meter fortified with Wi-Fi connectivity to the internet, thus extending network coverage ubiquitously. Economic scrutiny reveals that the resultant power meter device costs less than 100 USD, competitively positioning it against analogous market offerings. This quantitative study utilized questionnaires for data collection and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart PLS software for data analysis. It involved 41 cooperative assistants and 41 targeted cooperatives in West Kalimantan. Employing total sampling, the study aimed to analyze the impact of the Big Five Personality traits on customer satisfaction, with interpersonal relationship quality as a mediating variable among cooperative assistants in West Kalimantan. \u0000 \u0000This study discovered that the quality of interpersonal relationships has a significant positive correlation with customer satisfaction, with personality dimensions such as Extraversion, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness contributing positively. Although Openness to Experiences and Neuroticism did not demonstrate statistically significant relationships, this research underscores the importance of understanding the role of interpersonal relationship quality in the context of personality traits to enhance customer satisfaction. This study has significant limitations, including a sample size confined to cooperative assistants in West Kalimantan, reliance on quantitative methods with questionnaires, and the use of Smart PLS statistical software in SEM analysis. Other limitations encompass the potential influence of external factors not captured in the study and constraints in generalizing the results to other contexts. The research outcomes have tangible implications for business. Decision-makers can utilize these insights to enhance strategies and training initiatives, ultimately fostering positive customer experiences. This study examines the Big Five Personality traits. Chloroplasts were essential in plant growth that is to absorb sunlight, however the UV spectrum’s wavelength range which could be absorbed was limited and therefore the photosynthesis efficiency was also inadequate. Nevertheless, chloroplasts which integrated with CND would have wider range of the UV absorptivity that was the combination from the absorptivity of chloroplast and CND. Therefore, the CND needed would require a broad absorptivity range. CNDs were extractable from various waste organic samples with a plethora of extraction methods. This study reviews the organic samples and the methods which were able to produce CND with widest absorptivity range and the effects CND gave to plant growth. The data used were the outcome of evaluating literatures. It was discovered that CND synthesized from dragon fruit skin and pear fruit skin have the widest absorptivity which was 70 nm which could be affected by numerous amounts of chromophore group in the sample and the most effective extraction methods were those which utilized micro waves as it has disadvantage being only that it couldn’t work on large number of samples and advantages being a fast process of extraction and small energy required. CND contributed positive effects to plants by increasing sprout length, root length, fresh root weight, dry root weight, fresh sprout weight, dry sprout weight, fresh plant weight, dry plant weight, root strength, stem length, Rubisco activity, and chlorophyll content.","PeriodicalId":187703,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Regional Innovation","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-02-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140418149","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

DANA digital wallet comes with an open-platform concept, both offline and online, but still integrated. DANA pursues a strategy to accelerate growth by providing cashback and sizable promos, while other payment applications generally incur administration fees when making transactions, especially bank transfer transactions. Other payment applications are also not as complete as DANA in providing easy access for their users, such as purchasing tickets for various entertainment platforms and making donation transactions to various charitable institutions.
