This information system aims to facilitate data management, starting from entering information about zakat payers and recipients, calculating zakat calculations to making zakat fund reports at the Palembang City Baznas. Previously, the Palembang City Baznas only used simple computer calculations using Microsoft Excel and Word. Because of that, an information system is needed that can regulate the management process in managing zakat. The method used is direct analysis to BAZNAS locations and design of interfaces, rules, and design thinking. This research produced a hybrid-based BAZNAS Information System for Palembang City. Currently, the capacity is 362 inmates, which is occupied by 792 inmates, which means there is an excess of occupants. This condition causes employees to work harder. Individual employee performance is very important in achieving organizational goals. Therefore we need a performance appraisal system that is reliable and will be used as a basis for performance appraisal and organizational development, employee performance follows a goal so that each employee can assess the extent to which his performance has resulted in an expected achievement following organizational goals. This information system is built by modeling the system using UML. The study was conducted using Kepmenpan-RB No. 859/2019 on seven instruments/dimensions, namely efficiency, trust, convenience, reliability, service, availability of information, and interaction. The method used is Mix-Method. The population data in this study was obtained from the Civil Service Information System of South Sumatra. The number of samples used was 100 respondents using the Slovin formula.  Data  dissemination using questionnaires to users (ASNs). By using the SPSS 25 tool, validity test results are obtained that state the data is valid.  As for the reliability test, cronbach α > 0.70 so it was declared good. Digital product that is often found is digital image. One kind of digital image application is the use of a digital image signature embedded in a document. However, often the results are unsatisfactory, such as background color problems, noise, lack of clarity, etc. The quality of digital image signatures can be improved by implementing the Otsu Thresholding and Sauvola methods. These two methods were chosen because they are widely used in document image quality improvement. The purpose of this study is to produce a better digital image signature and to compare the performance of these two methods. The results showed that the quality of the images produced by these two methods was better than the original image or by using standard filters from a word processing application. Meanwhile, from the two methods used, Sauvola's method was slightly better than Otsu's method. In terms of visual evaluations, the Sauvola method total score is 13 compare to Otsu method score that is 11. One of the important factors in determining the success of a project undertaken by a freelancer is recruiting the right people to work on the project, but there are problems with clients towards freelancers, namely communication, turnaround time, and the payment system. So the authors took the initiative to design UI/UX Design for freelancer service applications where the application design is intended to meet 3 aspects of the problem, communication, turnaround time, and payment systems. The application model is developed with an agile method approach that suits the circumstances that suit the needs of application development quickly but still meets the needs of application owners and users. Data collection was carried out using observation methods, interviews, and literature studies. Data collection is carried out to find out the problems that occur, while observation activities on the ongoing process and PIECES-based analysis aim to confirm the problems to be solved through application development. Application development is carried out through the stages of analysis, design, development, and testing. The design stages are carried out using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach. The development stage is done using the php programming language with the codeigniter 3 framework and the mysql database with visual studio code as the text editor. In the final part, testing activities are carried out with a black box testing approach. The test results show that the developed application is functioning properly and in accordance with the development goals. Hery, Jansen Wiratama, Wiracayana Ratanaghara Jayamangala","doi":"10.33557/jurnalmatrik.v24i2.1840","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33557/jurnalmatrik.v24i2.1840","url":null,"abstract":"PT XYZ, which is implementing ERP for the POS and Inventory modules, made a request to modify the ERP system, especially the inventory module to reduce the Bullwhip Effect (BE), where when this system was implemented it did not yet have this feature, but PT XYZ's request needed to be analyzed further. so that the developed features do not waste resources, budget and time from the project. To validate the request for modification of PT XYZ, it is necessary to analyze the identification of non-conformities first by conducting in-depth interviews with the top management of PT XYZ who were selected based on purposive sampling with the criteria of 1 decade of work and the party responsible for supervising all divisions at PT XYZ , the top management statement is supported by the calculation of the value of the bullwhip effect and data visualization. After it was proven that there was a bullwhip effect at PT XYZ and supported by the results of the BE calculation for 5 outlets, all of which exceeded the BE parameter, and found the cause of BE through data visualization in which PT XYZ forecast demand. Based on the data and facts that have been collected, prototype features are designed that can reduce BE as stated in the Product Requirement Document where product requests, delivery and receipts are included in the prototype features and the type of prototype used is an evolutionary prototype. Therefore, an expert system for watermelon disease detection can be used using the certainty factor algorithm and the Bayes method. Teknologi yang kini mempermudah aktivitas sehari-hari dapat membantu pengelolaan sekolah, terutama pendaftaran. Dilakukan secara manual menggunakan media kertas. Hal ini dapat menimbulkan beberapa kendala yaitu pada saat dibutuhkan data dan waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk mengisi formulir serta penyebaran informasi pendaftaran yang terbatas hanya menggunakan brosur/flyer. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi berbasis web untuk membantu dan mengurangi hambatan yang mungkin timbul pada sistem sebelumnya. Sistem informasi pendaftaran berisi proses pendaftaran, mulai dari memberikan informasi pendaftaran, pengisian formulir pendaftaran, upload berkas persyaratan, pengecekan data, dan pelaporan hasil pendaftaran. Perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall. Bahasa pemograman yang digunakan adalah HTML, CSS, dan PHP yang didukung oleh MySQL sebagai databasenya.
