Aim of this information system development is to facilitate the performance of administrators and doctors of Kampung Sawah Community Health Center in terms of searching patients’ data, storing the patient data, adding and storing the medical records, making the reports, and speeding up the data entry and identity data of the patients through fingerprint feature. This system facilitated the officials and doctors to process anywhere and the patient data was safe from physical disturbances because this system was connected to the internet.This medical record information system was built through PHP programming language supported by MySQL database. The design of this system involved the data flow diagrams. Thus, it can be accessed by users without restrictions on place and time. By utilizing information technology, it can increase interest in reading and add people's knowledge. In order to develop and maintain the learning process, innovation and renewal will continue to improve. The mobile web-based on e-Library system in the Department for Libraries and Archives of Lampung was designed using the waterfall model method. This system used PHP and MySQL programming languages as its database. As a result of this study, this e-library system was able to assist the public in finding information on books, journals, e-books, video tutorials, and lessons. So that this system is able to increase people's interest in reading and add to people's knowledge. The results of the medical record information system in the practice of Nurcahyo Saksono Veterinary web- based can facilitate the search for data, examination documents, patient data, medical record data or report data per period because it is integrated and stored into a database and can be accessed anywhere or anytime . Lean which has been modified based on the need and the situation at STKIP Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. The respondents were the first year students in the academic year 2012-2013 and the operators of SIAKAD. The number of the respondents were 196 students and 10 operators. The process of validity and reliability and the hyphotesa used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Which is analysed using Amos 20 software.The result of this research showed that from 5 hyphotesis which have been formulated, four of them were received. These hypothesis are the following : the quality of information influence the satisfying of the user ; the quality of the system influence the satisfying of the user; the trust influence the satisfying of the user; and the satisfying of the user influence the benefits of the SIAKAD. On the other hard, the quality of the service doesn’t has significant influence to the satisfying of the SIAKAD user. Media pembelajaran berbasis android dapat digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran sebab cukup efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik, serta dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efesiensi pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android untuk mata pelajaran fisika materi pokok energi adalah metode 4D. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode wawancara, observasi,  dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian yang terlibat adalah 3 ahli media, ahli materi yaitu 1 guru Fisika, dan 5 siswa kelas x SMA Negeri 2 Muara Badak, sedangkan objek yang diteliti adalah kelayakan pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis android untuk mata pelajaran fisika materi pokok energi. Berbagai alat komunikasi dikembangkan dan digunakan untuk mendukung pencapaian proses komunikasi. Berbagai model alat komunikasi dapat ditemukan, baik dalam bentuk fisik (perangkat keras) maupun dalam bentuk aplikasi (perangkat lunak). Komputer yang saling berhubungan memungkinkan pengguna untuk berkomunikasi satu sama lain dan berbagi informasi. Dalam prakteknya, pengguna jaringan komputer sering dihadapkan pada masalah komunikasi antar pengguna. Adanya aplikasi tersebut dapat mendukung keberhasilan penggunaan suatu jaringan komputer dalam suatu instansi. Aplikasi chat digunakan sebagai media komunikasi antar sesama pengguna komputer yang terhubung dalam suatu jaringan, baik melalui teks, gambar, maupun suara. Aplikasi yang dibangun menggunakan aspek program yang diimplementasikan ke dalam algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) yang digunakan sebagai algoritma kriptografi standar Caesar Chiper. AES sendiri merupakan algoritma kriptografi dengan menggunakan algoritma caesar chiper yang dapat mengenkripsi dan mendekripsi blok data. Pengembangan perangkat lunak ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan metode pengembang, beberapa tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian sistem dan pemeliharaan. Banyak sekali kemudahan yang didapat dengan adanya situs e-commerce tanaman hias seperti ; hemat biaya transportasi, kemudahan bertransaksi, keamanan transaksi karena adanya pihak ke-3, dapat memilih tanaman hias sesuai yang diinginkan, dan lain sebagainya. Tujuan dari penulisan ini untuk membangun situs e-commerce tanaman hias sebagai sarana jual beli online tanaman hias. Metode dalam merancang bangun situs e-commerce ini menggunakan metode waterfall . Hasil rancangan yang dibuat adalah desain halaman pengunjung, member, dan admin. Rancangan dari setiap menu pengunjung, member, dan juga admin dibedakan dari hak akses yang diberikan.
