Businesses must build on their strengths which in turn depend upon their employee’s strengths. One of such strengths is employee’s positive Psychological Capital which comprises of self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resilience.  Employee’s Psychological Capital has been linked to key driver of sustainable competitive advantage in today’s business scenario that is innovation. This review focuses upon studies determining the relationship between Psychological Capital and innovation. The review suggests that Psychological capital is a significant predictor of innovation among employees working in various sectors.  Positive leadership styles such as Authentic, transformational leadership etc. and favourable organizational climate are found to foster Psychological Capital among employees. Realizing the difficulties of e-waste management, many developed countries have started dumping the e-waste to developing nations that suffer from resources constraints, thus leading to hazardous activities mainly in the informal sector. Therefore, we are motivated to examine whether the awareness of the environment, attitudes, and beliefs, particularly knowledge (constructs), impact practices relating to management of e-waste in India. Analysis of the results of our survey of 180 respondents through SEM model show an insignificant association of these constructs with e-waste management practices. Sufficient liquidity also boosts banks’ ability to pay-off its dues timely but at the same time it has been proven to be a significant determinant of various historical banking sector crises all over the world. However, there exists very weak empirical evidence suggesting a clear relationship between funding liquidity and bank lending growth (BLG). We have attempted to address this gap by empirically testing the impact of bank capital, funding liquidity and their interaction variable on the BLG using a dataset of 59 commercial banks operating in India for the period 2006 to 2018 consisting of 21 public sector banks, 18 private sector banks and 20 foreign banks. An attempt has been made to examine the interactive impact of the bank capital and funding liquidity ratio on BLG rate using system GMM approach. Our model reveals a positive and significant impact of capital funding, indicating induction of capital in bank leads to higher growth in BLG rate. The results also suggest that the interaction impact of funding liquidity and bank capital on the bank lending growth is significantly negative. Further, a higher capital induction neutralises the overall impact of funding liquidity on the bank lending growth. This paper investigates the antecedents (six observed variables and four moderating factors) of the adoption of m-commerce in India with the help of an extended TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) by making use of primary data collected from 288 consumers residing in different rural and urban areas of Delhi NCR, India. Multiple regression and ANOVA tests were applied on collected data which revealed perceived benefits to be the strongest independent variable having a significant bearing on the adoption of m-commerce along with the consumers’ area of residence. So, increasing the financial literacy levels of entrepreneurs can play an effective role in efficient management of business finance and handling of financial risks and opportunities.This paper is an attempt to examine the financial literacy of MSME entrepreneurs along four dimensions- preparation and use of accounting statements; savings, investments and insurance; financial budgeting; and management of debt.The study is descriptive in nature. The trajectory towards gender equality and the simultaneous abrogation of gender gap at the macro-level begins with bringing about changes at the micro-level. This article aims to explore the extant condition of the working women, what they feel about the security of women at the workplace, both at present and in the futuristic hybrid model and the possible changes which can make the workplace amenable to their safety and further ameliorate the workplace environment.  An effort has also been made to skim through the existing women-centred policies like the Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment at the workplace (POSH) Act, 2013; women’s awareness of the existence of such laws and the implementation of the same in praxis. One of the key features of this policy is increased use of technology and teaching through on-line resources along with traditional face-to-face mode. This type of blended learning calls for innovation in the teaching and learning process. One of the innovative teaching methods is through the use of movies in the classroom. This article presents an innovative way of teaching Management Courses through the use of a movie. The exercise used for this purpose aims to teach the Expectancy Theory of Motivation through short movie clips, discussion prompts, group discussion and a comparison debrief. The exercise has been found useful in increasing the students’ engagement level in class along with a better understanding of the underlying concepts in the theory.
