Firstly, a series of laboratory experiments (roasting, Acidic, and organic modification) are designed to investigate the performance difference to adsorb the petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants on the basis of its purification, then modified b, the optimal modification and adsorption conditions and kinetic characteristics were studied in order to provide a certain new for the effective removal of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants in water. Materials, new methods and development of new pollution control technologies. The experimental results of adsorption performance of adsorption media show that the adsorption performance of attapulgite original soil on petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants in water is better than that of common water, such as activated carbon, artificial zeolite, iron powder, corn stover and chitosan. Then, on the basis of the purification of the attapulgite original soil, the purified attapulgite was subjected to hydrochloric acid acidification modification, octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride organic modification experiment and its petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants before and after modification. A comprehensive study of the changes in adsorption performance and microscopic pore changes. Finally, the optimal modification method of modified attapulgite was determined and the microscopic mechanism and optimal adsorption conditions and adsorption kinetics of the modified petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants were studied. Research indicates: (1) The attapulgite modified by acidification of hydrochloric acid and octadecyltrimethylammonium chloride has a significant improvement on the adsorption performance of petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants. (2) Batch and orthogonal experiments show that the optimal adsorption conditions of modified attapulgite for petroleum hydrocarbon pollutants are: treatment time 80min, attapulgite dosage 0.3g ⁄ 100mL, pH 7. The photovoltaic industry, as the core of the solar energy industry, has attracted the attention of governments and enterprises in various countries. The application of solar photovoltaic energy has become crucial in the design of green buildings. A photovoltaic power generation system is divided into off-grid and grid-connected systems. The grid-connected photovoltaic system can be further divided into scheduled and unscheduled photovoltaic systems depending on the energy storage equipment. On the basis of the current technical level and cost of photovoltaic systems, this work uses Xi’an Jiaotong University Library as an example. The economy of scheduled and unscheduled photovoltaic systems is compared through investigation and calculation. The results of data fitting show that the model has a high degree of fitting to the gas concentration time series. Then the GARCH (u, v) is applied to the residual sequence of ARIMA (p, d, q), and the predicted value of the noise term in the ARIMA model is simulated, and the prediction result of the gas emission concentration is optimized. Finally, the 1001 fully mechanized mining face of Huangling No. 1 Mine in Shaanxi Province is taken as an application example. The results show that the combined model of ARIMA (p, d, q) and GARCH (u, v) can not only reflect the change trend of gas emission concentration but also has a high fitting effect and prediction accuracy. A general model with vertices, paths and network balance as the elements is established, the digraph is used to describe the energy conversion and management process visually. Then, the matrices describing the characteristics of the energy network are developed. Basing on it, the objective function corresponding to the energy conversion paths is assigned as the weight, in order to make a comparison of system performance of different pathways mix. Furthermore, a case study of cogeneration system is evaluated by using the developed mathematical model. The results reveal the energy saving characteristics in different scenarios, further illustrating the applicable conditions and optimal strategies of distributed energy system. The insertion and extraction of the watermark is performed in the discrete cosine transform domain (DCT). In the process, Watson perceptual model is first applied to find the optimal embedding position, then EDA-PSO is employed to adjust the strength of the embedded watermark and finally a new fitness value is defined as the evaluation criteria based on imperceptibility and robustness. This method embeds the watermark information of varying strengths into the low and middle frequency coefficients with the maximum visual perception threshold of each DCT block according to the different results of EDA-PSO. The simulation results proves that the proposed scheme ensures the imperceptibility of the watermark and achieves high robustness against such attacks as JPEG compaction, GLPF, addition Gaussian noise, addition impulse noise and addition product noise. Maintaining the oil dollar pricing mechanism is not only conducive to maintaining its position in the international monetary system, but also has far-reaching significance for its control of the international oil market and the consolidation of US global hegemony. There are cooperation and competition between China and U.S. in this field. On the one hand, China has accelerated the internationalization of the renminbi and increased the use of the renminbi as an international energy currency, and expands the scope of international payment of Renminbi, increases the international recognition of “energy-renminbi” in BRI, and competes with the “Petroleum dollar”, On the other hand, it has accelerated the formation and improvement of the oil reserve and crude oil futures market, and has rid of the plight of China's lack of futures products such as crude oil, thus effectively coping with the fluctuation of oil prices.
