The economic downturn will inevitably affect all countries in the world. The restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus led to a decline in the consumer services sector: the volume of paid services provided to the population decreased by more than a third. World economists expect that in the second quarter of 2020, the decline in trade turnover will slow down as restrictive measures are lifted. Now the main task of the world's states will be to overcome this pandemic and economic crisis without a disaster. The economic crisis has already led to an increase in unemployment. Rising unemployment could lead to hunger and crime in the future.","PeriodicalId":184513,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Research Technologies of Pandemic Coronavirus Impact (RTCOV 2020)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124995630","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In Russia, a typical reaction of the authorities to the pandemic was the massive closure of childcare enterprises, that gave many families an additional burden in the form of the task of mastering the preschool education program. In this situation, digital technologies are of particular importance for the successful organization of preschool education in the family and the preservation of an emotionally positive tone in the family, according to the authors of this paper, the educational potential of which depends on how much the preschool child and his family are involved in them. Based on the results of the study, the authors conclude that digital literacy of family members is one of the conditions for a positive experience of the COVID-19 lockdown for families with preschool children.","PeriodicalId":184513,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Research Technologies of Pandemic Coronavirus Impact (RTCOV 2020)","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129576741","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Digitalization is seen as an effective tool for managing the disease treatment process. The problem is solved on the basis of the influence of factors x on the target indicator Y. The aim of the study is to improve the efficiency of treatment process management based on digital models. To achieve this goal, one needs to solve the following tasks: 1.To develop a methodology for building a strategy for managing the treatment process based on a digital model. 2 Visualize the implementation of a treatment strategy based on a digital model. For modeling, statistical information is used that reflects the values of factors and patient targets, using multivariate correlation and regression analysis. On the example of a digital model of a patient, a systematization of a set of numerical values characterizing the patient’s condition for the corresponding disease has been carried out. It is shown that the visualization of digital information in projections with numerical marks provides the necessary effective communication between the user and the computer and allows you to make unambiguous decisions in determining and implementing the treatment process management strategy. This creates the prerequisites for automating the research process in the treatment of diseases.","PeriodicalId":184513,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Research Technologies of Pandemic Coronavirus Impact (RTCOV 2020)","volume":"13 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130804376","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the same time, the widespread introduction of distance learning during the Covid 19 pandemic revealed many problems: problems with direct distance interaction between students and teachers and organizational ones. On the one hand, new broad ranges of requirements for the knowledge and skills of employees are generated, especially in the distance communication sphere, on the other hand, the globalization of media systems leads to a global transformation of educational structures. Therefore, there is a growing awareness of the need in the shift from full-time expert systems for assessing knowledge and skills to automatic digital testing systems. The paper presents an approach based on the creation of digital representations of the full-time expert assessment components, which allows obtaining structural digital assessment schemes with a minimum use of speech recognition tools. The limitation of the study is the \"English language acquisition\" subject area with the analysis of knowledge and skills testing at A2 (pre-intermediate) level as the most common one. Methods have been developed for creating digitalization metrics for speaking skill assessment. The developed structural means of transformation of traditional assessment metrics into digital ones are proposed and can be used for checking the main communication component: grammatical and lexical resources, mastering syntax and semantics in a dialogue mode and describing everyday situations, and using phrasal verbs. The substantiation of the possibility to use the proposed approach for automatic distance digital assessment of the foreign language proficiency level is made.","PeriodicalId":184513,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Research Technologies of Pandemic Coronavirus Impact (RTCOV 2020)","volume":"40 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132737779","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The extremely rapid evolution of such a pandemic has posed serious challenges to both the health system and the economic and social systems of the Member States of the European Union and around the world, affecting millions of people. These are the main reasons for the rapid management of economic and social problems and the promotion of solutions to support all sectors affected by the COVID-19 crisis. In this landscape of the global pandemic in which the lack of control and verified response tools imposed urgent measures, often affected by improvisation, the Romanian authorities tried to manage with their own resources and their own experience this unprecedented health crisis. The mentioned aspects constituted the objective of carrying out this scientific approach in the framework of which the influences and effects of the spread of COVID 19 on the Romanian economy are debated.","PeriodicalId":184513,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Research Technologies of Pandemic Coronavirus Impact (RTCOV 2020)","volume":"34 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"120946934","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The article presents the results of an empirical study of children’s everyday life and childhood experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Data have been collected by structured interview with children aged 10-16. The informants live in a small town of Russia’s Far East. The responses received have been analysed in terms of sources of information on the coronavirus, changes in the lives of children and their attitudes to these changes. Children’s everyday life during the pandemic turns out to be embedded in the selfisolation regime. All worries and hopes of children are related to the end of this regime. Self-isolation has led many respondents to reassess live communication with their peers, offline studies at school and meaningful communication within the family.","PeriodicalId":184513,"journal":{"name":"Proceedings of the Research Technologies of Pandemic Coronavirus Impact (RTCOV 2020)","volume":"49 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-11-06","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125702253","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
