Here we report the results of conductive properties of fullerene-iodine compound films. It is found that there are strong changes in the temperature dependence of the conductivity in range of 240-250 K which can be concerned with orientational phase transition of fullerene molecule. The discrete model of the object is obtained by the approximation of the continuous model by the Euler formula, subject to the lag on a pitch. Resolvability conditions of the synthesis task, and basic relations for the account of the controller sampling period, are formulated.
