Reports were prepared on post-processing and equalization of the coordinates of the base station relative to the GGS points using the specialized soft-ware “Topcon Tools”, the coordinates of the base station. Equalization of the base station from the reference geodetic network is carried out, the accuracy of coordinates is estimated, and the base station is linked to it. We determine the applicability limits for the terminal velocity approx-imation for evolutionary models of ionized hydrogen regions that take into account a relative motion of dust and gas. Были выведены функции перераспределения фотонов по частоте и численно получены такие характеристики, как средний импульс фотона после рассеяния, средняя энергия, а также дисперсии данных величин. Произведено усреднение по ансамблю электронов, имеющих релятивистское распределение Максвелла вдоль поля. Самые масштабные и заметные из них — рост средней приземной температуры («глобальное потепление») и уменьшение общего содержания озона — в перспективе несли потенциальную угрозу для жизни на Земле. Наряду с ними обнаруживались и другие процессы, такие, как увеличение содержания ряда малых газовых примесей, а также различных твердых и жидких частиц. Все это охватывало не только приземные, но и высокие слои атмосферы. Быстрый и масштабный характер изменений указывал на их тесную взаимосвязь, а также на вероятные антропогенные причины, что обусловливало необходимость детального изучения и контроля состава всех слоев атмосферы. Эти структуры могут включать локальные уплотнения (кластеры объектов) или разрежения (провалы в распределении). Алгоритм строит наиболее экономную модель функции плотности, содержащую только значимые структуры. Метод основан на новых оптимальных в данной задаче вейвлетах и оптимальных восстанавливающих ядрах, а также использует ранее неизвестную аналитическую аппроксимацию для значимости извлекаемых структур. Метод апробирован на статистических распределениях различных астрономических объектов: астероидов Главного пояса (орбитальные параметры a, e, sin i) и звездного населения Галактики по данным GAIA DR2 (компоненты скорости U , V , W ).
