This research was conducted at PT Elanusa Petrofin which uses outsourcing as a strategy to develop its business, especially as a fuel distributor. The research review used the CIPP approach evaluation method. Data were taken using interview guidelines, questionnaires and observational studies as well as in document analysis with descriptive methods through discussion and triangulation. All decision data activities are carried out to all Stakeholders. Components into the evaluation aspect (CIPP) in this study include: Context Evaluation (C): The importance of goals and objectives in the implementation of the Program; Input Evaluation (I): Strategies, procedures and activities of the outsourcing program; Process Evaluation (P): Outsourced implementation process and Program Management and Product Evaluation (P): Results and Benefits. The findings of the evaluation study, found that the AMT Outsourcing Program, did not run as a goal and target. Udang instan berbumbu dengan merek Seadang dibuat dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan ketahanan pangan serta nilai tambah dengan cita rasa khas yang disukai konsumen. Produk suatu perusahaan yang kurang dipromosikan akan mempengaruhi volume penjualan karena kesadaran merek (brand awareness) produk tersebut tidak melekat dalam benak konsumen. Penerapan teknologi website untuk memasarkan produk udang instan berbumbu akan membantu perkembangan produk, mempermudah penjualan, serta mengurangi biaya pengeluaran khususnya dibagian pemasaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website yang dirancang terhadap brand awareness dan minat beli produk udang instan berbumbu merek Seadang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 110 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan koefisien determinasi dan regresi linier sederhana. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) and ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market of Directory) from 2015 until 2019. The Population of this research is all pharmaceutical companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2016 until 2020. The sampling method uses purposive sampling method, in which 8 pharmaceutical companies were selected as samples. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with program SPSS (Statistic Program for Social Science) with a significance level of 0.05. Hypothesis testing used in this research is f test and t-test. The results indicate that Partially variable audit quality had a negative and significant effect on the tax avoidance of the pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the variable capital intensity and firm size had a positive and significant effect on the tax avoidance of the pharmaceutical companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange period from 2016 until 2020. Simultaneously audit quality, capital intensity, and firm size have significant influences on tax avoidance. This research was conducted in Bedahan, Sawangan Depok with 20 respondents. The method used is a survey with a simple linear regression analysis approach. Based on research and SPSS calculations, the results of the study obtained there was a positive and significant influence on the variable quality of services provided by lecturers on the satisfaction received by the training participants. Consumer satisfaction is a response to the behavior shown by consumers by comparing performance or perceived results with expectations. If the perceived results are below expectations, then consumers will be disappointed, dissatisfied, and even dissatisfied, but on the contrary, if they match expectations, consumers will be satisfied and if the performance exceeds expectations, consumers will be very satisfied. This type of research is associative research with a quantitative approach. The test of this research variable uses the classical assumption test and the analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the constant value of 133,349 means that if the independent variables of wages and consumer prices remain or do not change, then human development will increase by 133.349 percent. Wages have a positive or direct and significant influence on human development with a coefficient value of 1.855E-5. Consumer prices have a negative or unidirectional and significant influence on human development with a coefficient value of -0.456. The t-count value of the wage variable is 2.260, which is greater than the t-table (0.05;15) of 2.131 and the probability value of 0.39 is less than (p=0.05). So the wage variable has a significant positive effect on human development. The t-count value of the consumer price variable is -12.767 which is greater than the t-table (0.05;15) of -2.131 and the probability value of 0.00 is smaller than (p=0.05). So the consumer price variable has a significant negative effect on human development. the calculated F value of 89.452 is greater than the F table value with a df (0.05;2;16) of 3.63 and a probability value of 0.00. So that the variable of wages and consumer prices determines the variable of human development, which means that the variable of wages and consumer prices has a significant influence on human development. Tujuan penelitian in adalah untuk menguji pengaruh upah dan harga konsumen terhadap pembangunan manusia di DKI Jakarta pada tahun 2002-2019. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, Pengujian variabel penelitian ini menggunakan uji asumsi klasik dan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai konstanta sebesar  133,349 artinya jika variabel independen upah dan harga konsumen tetap atau tidak berubah maka pembangunan manusia akan meningkat 133,349 persen. Upah memliliki pengaruh positif atau searah dan signifikan terhadap pembangunan manusia dengan nilai koefisien sebesar 1,855E-5. arga konsumen memiliki pengaruh negatif atau tidak searah dan signifikan terhadap pemabangunan manusia dengan nilai koefisien sebesar -0,456. Nilai t hitung variabel upah sebesar 2,260 lebih besar dari pada t tabel (0,05;15) sebesar 2,131 dan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,39 lebih kecil dari (p= 0,05). Sehingga variabel upah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pembangunan manusia. The social media communication strategy is evaluated based on the implementation of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic organization. The research approach with the assistance of NVivo 12 Plus and data sources from the Twitter account of the Ministry of Health and West Sumatra Provincial Health Office as well as numerous works of literature. Generate important data and be able to analyze data. This study concludes that social media communication has been effective, with diverse information regarding the use of vaccines, the impact of their usage, good data openness, collaboration with government and corporate entities, and the implementation of various community support policies. Due to the cooperation between Youth and Sports, which is responsible for providing facilities and fostering religious peace, resources are effectively coordinated. The disposition indicator is a positive attitude and action that is consistently provided by medical staff to instill a sense of security and comfort. The success of vaccinations in Indonesia is determined by social media communication. Various socializations and education are offered efficiently and contribute to the implementation of the program.
