Based on data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission, in 2020 the number of children victims of violence in schools (bullying) increased to 76 students from 46 students in the previous year. One of the legendary novels that holds a lot of values is the novel entitled Burlian by Tere Liye. This novel contains educational aspects that are relevant to everyday life. This study is to identify the character values in independent learning curriculum of profile of Pancasila students that can be implemented to build students’ character in the novel “Burlian”. The research method is qualitative research with intertext approach. The role of the researcher is a compulsory because the researcher is the key instrument in this study. The \"Pancasila Student Profile\" consists of six elements: (1) Faith, Fear of God, and Noble Manners, (2) Global Diversity, (3) Mutual Assistance, (4) Independence, (5) Critical Reasoning, (6) Creativity. The six characteristics included the Pancasila Student Profile. The instrument was used to assess the character in the Burlian Novel. The results revealed that the character values in the Burlian Novel matched Pancasila Student Profile. A step to overcome the weaknesses of public services is the development of digital-based public services. In order to build a strong East Java government structure, the public service innovation of the CETTAR program is examined in this article. Through the website and application, someone can access the CETTAR East Java application. A library research approach was used in this research. Data was collected for research using documentation methods and content analysis techniques for online data monitoring. A study of relevant literature, research and journals was carried out for this research. This study intends to learn more about the innovation of the CETTAR program and the challenges of implementing trustworthy governance. Based on research findings, this program has been running quite effectively, but there are still challenges in the form of a lack of socialization and strategies that are only half-implemented. It is hoped that the general public can benefit from this research, especially the people of East Java and it can be a means of increasing awareness about how important it is to realize good governance, because it cannot be realized without public service innovation. The study employs a quantitative approach using financial data from a sample of banks over a specific period. Through regression analysis, the study explores the relationship between NIM, LDR, and profitability indicators such as Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). The findings suggest a significant impact of NIM and LDR on banking profitability, indicating that these two factors play crucial roles in determining the financial performance of banks. Moreover, the study contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence regarding the effectiveness of NIM and LDR in influencing bank profitability. Understanding these relationships is essential for bank management, policymakers, and stakeholders in making informed decisions related to financial performance and risk management. The results imply that banks should carefully manage their interest margins and loan-to-deposit ratios to enhance profitability and sustain long-term growth. This kingdom is called the Kampung Raja Kingdom which is located in Tanjung Medan Village, Kampung Rakyat District. This article aims to find out the process of the founding of the Kampung Raja Kingdom, the kings who led the Kampung Raja Kingdom, then the economic, social and political systems, as well as factors in the destruction of the Kampung Raja Kingdom. This research was also carried out for the reason of providing information that there was a kingdom that once existed and existed and had a history and heritage that was worthy of being revealed and its existence known. The type of method used in this research process is the historical research method. Meanwhile, for the approach, the author uses two approaches, namely an archaeological approach and a descriptive qualitative approach. In searching for data, this research uses data collection techniques which consist of three types, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results obtained from this research are that the Kampung Raja Kingdom was an ethnic Malay kingdom that was founded around 1692 with the first capital in Tanjung Mulia, and experienced a move to Tanjung Medan. The Kampung Raja Kingdom has a royal leadership lineage of five kings. The five kings were Sutan Tua, Sutan Muda, Tengku Sutan Bachludin, Tengku Achmad Putera, and Tengku Nong Hamzah. Jobs in the ICT sector are one of the sectors that are really needed in Indonesia. There are more job vacancies in the ICT sector for vocational schools than for high schools. However, in the 2015-2019 period, the number of ICT sector workers with high school graduates was higher than vocational school graduates. The soft skill that is most needed in ICT sector jobs is collaboration. The main objective of this literacy study is to describe learning methods to improve collaboration skills in vocational high school students in the ICT field. Systematic literacy study using the PICOC framework is the method used. The results of this literacy study are in the form of descriptions related to: 1. The concept of collaboration; 2. Challenges and obstacles; 3. Learning activities to improve collaboration skills. It was found that problem-based learning (PBL) can improve collaboration abilities.
