In recent years, it has attracted extensive attention with the development of deep learning and big data. Considering that human beings will associate some external relevant knowledge when understanding the text, researchers have proposed a method of introducing knowledge outside the given context to assist reading and this method is called Knowledge-Based Machine Reading Comprehension (KBMRC). However, the current research on this method is still scattered, and the retrieval and fusion of relevant knowledge are still two challenges in application, especially in Chinese MRC. The contribution of this paper mainly on the following three points: Firstly, in order to resolve the problem of related knowledge retrieval, we build up a related knowledge set. Secondly, in order to resolve the problem of related knowledge fusion, we propose a negative sample generation strategy and train a language model containing knowledge. Finally, a twin-tower fusion model is constructed based on this model. This paper analyzes the secure communication models of international popular instant messaging including message encryption as well as process of message sending and receiving in detail. For the aspect of usability, we present the principles of message forwarding in scenarios of group chat and multi-device online under different encryption modes. In addition, we design a secure communication model in the end-to-end encryption mode for multi-device online case, which effectively improves the security level of multi-device communication since the current encryption in this case only supports a weaker end-to-server mode. Among the many open-source software in the field of CFD simulation, OpenFOAM plays an important role as a leader. However, due to its generality, the simulation results in some fields are not yet up to the desired effect. In this paper, we analyze and study the difficulties in cavitation simulation, and design and implement a new solver for hydrofoil cavitation simulation supporting linear equation solvers of different modules for hydrofoil cavitation simulation cases, and successfully apply it to the cavitation simulation experiments of NACA0009 hydrofoil. It designs an optimal control strategy for the central air-conditioning system based on the comfort evaluation factor to determine the response priority. The genetic algorithm is used to realize the energy efficiency optimization of the system so that the central air-conditioning system has a higher energy efficiency ratio with less loss of human body comfort. This paper designs a low-cost based on OPENMV cricket motion control system. In system design, OPENMV obtains ball position information, then the curve fitting of the ball motion is performed to use the least squares method for predicting the next position of the ball, and use Kalman filtering to optimize the ball prediction point, to improve prognostic accuracy. Finally, the PID algorithm is used to control the system to track this predicted coordinate. The system incorporates the prediction of the position of the ball at the next moment, eliminating the problem of lagging of the camera to obtain information about the position of the ball, making the system more resistant to interference and laying the foundation for the precise study of the control algorithm. The traditional indoor positioning based on a single signal source has low accuracy and poor stability. On the one hand, the occlusion and echo interference in the indoor environment are serious, especially in the case of crowded environment and non-line-of-sight propagation, the UWB (Ultra Wide band) positioning accuracy will be greatly reduced. On the other hand, IMU (inertial Measurement Unit) can provide an accurate inertial navigation solution in a short time but its positioning error increases fast with time due to the cumulative error of accelerometer measurement. Therefore, in the process of pedestrian walking, we use the key information obtained by PDR (Pedestrian Dead Reckoning) to establish and update the real-time motion model of the target and calculate the prior information in the process of fusion filtering. Then, the initial position of the target is obtained through the UWB positioning solution, and the PDR positioning trajectory is corrected as the observation information in the fusion filtering process.
