MSMES must develop high-quality goods to face increasing competition. These products must be able to meet the needs and demands of the changing market. The aim of this research is to identify progress in MSMEs products and emerging challenges. These small often have difficulties when it comes to product development; they still rely on old products for innovation, lack adequate capital, and do not have the right approach to developing their products. If a business wants to survive, they have to keep creating new products. Most of the income comes from MSMES, because the economy of the community can be helped by the existence of MSMES. But MSMES today is still limited in the presence of borrowing capital, because there are still many MSMES that have not been touched by the financial institutions.","PeriodicalId":181581,"journal":{"name":"West Science Journal Economic and Entrepreneurship","volume":"16 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139199115","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The results of this study confirm the positive and significant relationship between Indonesia's electronics exports and the main component of the gravity model, namely Indonesia's GDP and trading partners. Another variability is the economic openness of trading partners has a positive relationship and exchange rates have a positive but not significant relationship. Variability of distance, and trade agreements have a negative relationship with Indonesia's electronic exports. The results for electronic export potential show that Indonesian electronics still have a lot of leverage to increase its exports to 9 countries. Thus, the position of the electronics industry as a potential industry can be carried out by targeting these countries. But to capitalize on the potential benefits of electronics exports, policymakers need to strengthen infrastructure and regulations related to the electronics industry.","PeriodicalId":181581,"journal":{"name":"West Science Journal Economic and Entrepreneurship","volume":"43 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139202057","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Specifically, it examines the impact of training initiatives, industrial partnerships, and government policies on the participation and effectiveness of development programs. A sample of 120 businesses and entrepreneurs in the region was analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) as the data analysis method. The results reveal significant relationships between the variables under investigation. Businesses perceiving favorable government policies are more likely to participate in development programs. Likewise, investments in training programs and engagement in industry partnerships are positively associated with participation in development initiatives. The goodness-of-fit analysis demonstrates that the Estimated Model adequately represents the data, affirming its validity and reliability. The research provides valuable insights into the interconnected nature of factors contributing to the success of business development programs in Central Java Province, highlighting the importance of collaboration, supportive government policies, and training initiatives. This is indicated by the fact that most of the population works in this industry. However, in reality, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) often use traditional methods to sell their goods, namely selling directly to consumers. Observations show that they face challenges in adopting today's rapidly evolving information technology, resulting in a limited market. The study used Mendeley, Google Scholar, and Semantic Scholar to conduct a literature review. From this exposition, it can be concluded that MSMEs must utilize the latest technology to increase revenue to expand market share. In order for them to compete in a wider market, they must also make their products stand out because they are unique.","PeriodicalId":181581,"journal":{"name":"West Science Journal Economic and Entrepreneurship","volume":"63 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139200132","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
