To make the problem clearer, the basic aspects of IoT applications architecture are considered. A set of requirements to the testing is presented, which must be considered when planning and organizing the testing process for IoT applications. The difficulties that arise during the testing phase of IoT applications and systems are described, same as mane differences from the classic application testing. Hardware selection and system synthesis of such systems is important task today. Focus of this paper is hardware selection method for the synthesis of system components. That method allows finding a system configuration which meets initial requirements and limitations. The program based on this method was developed. A model for the distribution of laser energy under a sinusoidal beam control law is constructed. Was detected areas of possible overdose, depending on the scan amplitude and radius of the beam cross section. An algorithm for finding the probability of nanotubes percolation is implemented using three-dimensional graphics visualization tools. The effect of geometric size and concentration of the nanotubes on the percolation probability was investigated. Based on the analysis of the dependence of percolation probability on the values of the dispersion angles determining the nanotubes orientation, the basic regularities of the conductive cluster formation under the influence of an electric field are established. The scaling function was derived and the rotation operators were introduced for different cases of an asymmetry location. The whole analysis was conducted in the two dimensional Cartesian coordinate system by the output current space vector analysis. The transformation functions were defined and verified by simulation. Based on the elaborated transformation matrix, the new control strategy was implemented in the vector type modulator in order to eliminate the asymmetry. The investigated cases relate to the resistance asymmetry and resistant-inductance asymmetry of selected output phase. Based on the Power Sim simulation environment the mathematical model was investigated by the space current trajectory analysis.
