An analysis of the main problems that arise during the development of these systems is made and methods for their solution are proposed. In this regard, it is proposed to use a comprehensive indicator for assessing the quality of passenger transportation. X-ray spectral analysis, infrared spectroscopy, metallography and atomic force microscopy were used to study the surface characteristics of the coatings obtained. In the work, the dependence of the surface characteristics on the concentration of alkali and voltage was established. The mechanism of the process of applying a protective coating to the surface of aluminum is proposed. The analysis was based on 321 incidents at 19 roundabouts. It is proposed to make changes to the existing classification of the accidents, using as a criterion the division not by the participants of the accident, but by the nature of the accident. Calculations according to the model confirmed the emergency modes of operation of converters, uncontrolled heat growth of more than 261683 kJ/h and, as a consequence, the oxidation temperatures of CO, CH, soot with melting and destruction of catalyst carrier matrices. It is shown that the causes of extreme neutralization modes can be malfunctions of electronic catalytic systems, increased sulfur content in fuel and oil, corrosion of fuel equipment parts, overheating of the engine and turbocharger. It is shown that the emergency heating of the converter is associated with an increase in the risk of car fire.
