It can be argued that HRM\u0000existed right from the time of Adam and Eve. Although the history of HRM has mostly been studied as a\u0000present modern history, its annals are highlighted since eighteenth century. The historical perspective falls short\u0000to present the Central Asian perspective vis- a-vis Russian, Chinese and Islamic world’s view. Management\u0000researchers have failed to analyze the religious beliefs’ and cultural impact in the growth of HRM. For many\u0000years, there has been a misleading view that the HRM has been seen and interpreted as a Western concept, then\u0000re-introduced into other parts of the world. Class hierarchy is the major obstacle to the goal of social justice and\u0000it continues to be a major obstacle to social progress even today. Indian society is based on caste system in\u0000which Brahmins are at the top most position whereas Dalits are at the least position of the society. With the\u0000advent of Multinational Corporations (MNCs) in India the HRM is revolutionized forever. It can be said that\u0000although many studies have been conducted in India on HRM issues, it is still in the transient stage. This study\u0000is descriptive and narrative, and depicts the HRM practices and evolution in China, Russia, U.K., America, and\u0000India, focusing on historic connotations of the HRM and its impact on the employees’ psyche. This study also\u0000seeks to highlight the realities, myths and divide of Western and Eastern/Asian HRM styles. This paper suggests\u0000the need to focus on the potential for comparison in cross-cultural dialogue in HRM particularly in the age-old\u0000civilizations, where HRM had not been given its due importance, rather under-estimated.

The aminopeptidase gene was cloned by using TAIL-PCR technique. The gene encodes for a polypeptide composed of\u0000497 amino acids with a theoretical molecular weight of 58 kDa. SDS-PAGE detection revealed that the protein is of 52 kDa. The\u0000native enzyme showed high affinity to Leu-pNA (km 0.0515 mM), and kcat /km of 88.8 s-1mM-1\u0000. The enzyme had an optimum pH 7.5\u0000and was stable from pH 6 to 9. The purified aminopeptidase was stable up to 60 oC and the optimum temperature for the maximum\u0000activity was at 70 oC. The microgravity was simulated in a drop tower. The microgravity tests were conducted in the 2.2 Second Drop Tower at\u0000the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland, Ohio. The experimental test objects chosen were: a) the unmodified PTFE sphere to\u0000serve as the base case (30 mm diameter); b) a PTFE sphere of same diameter layered with butyl rubber (25 mm of PTFE and 5 mm of\u0000butyl rubber); and c) a PTFE sphere of same diameter layered with paraffin (25 mm of PTFE and 5 mm of Paraffin). We hypothesized\u0000that the PTFE sphere with a butyl rubber coating would rise the highest distance in the drop chamber due to its super-hydrophobicity\u0000as determined by the contact angle of the objects. We tested the effect of microgravity on fully submerged and partially submerged\u0000objects in water. The expulsion data from our experimental runs in both fully and partially submerged protocols is presented, as well\u0000as our analysis and recommendations. Our test resulted in measurable reduction of the hydrophobicity effect while exposed to\u0000microgravity. We propose new research regarding a compounding effect of hydrophobicity based on surface properties and roughness\u0000of substances

The\u0000death of local tissues through necrosis can lead to the\u0000introduction of molecular sequences normally found on the\u0000inside of the cell – to the extracellular environment. These\u0000sequences are termed damage associated molecular patterns\u0000(DAMPs), and can bind to toll like receptors (TLRs) on\u0000inflammatory cells to propagate a pro-inflammatory response\u0000through the release of cytokines and chemoattractants. Despite what was thought about the brain decades\u0000and centuries ago, now it is well understood that the brain is a\u0000calculator, a machine that does computational things. In other\u0000words the brain is something that takes information in its\u0000input, elaborates it and then spit-out some result in form of\u0000information or actions. Many centuries ago, the brain was the\u0000location of the mind. The mind was considered like a\u0000mysterious entity where our thought, our consciousness and\u0000our feeling resided. The definition of mind of course is still\u0000valid today, in some sense. What has changed is the fact that\u0000now we know that the mind is the results of a computational\u0000process. A very, complex process, presumably a stochastic\u0000one, but as far as we know, something that we can define as a\u0000computer “algorithm” is running inside our brains. Data are\u0000processes in a way that is not yet completely clear, and the\u0000result is our entire behavior, our thoughts our actions and our\u0000perception of reality
