The method used in this research is an experimental method with Anava 2 x 2 design. The population in this study were seventh grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan as many as 78 students. The sampling technique uses the Verducci technique, to be as many as 78 people according to what is needed in the study.The instrument chosen by the author is the physical fitness test from AAHPERD for the junior high level and for basketball dribbling skills with a validity level of 0.89, namely the dribble test from Horrison. The author's hypothesis in this study is (1) The learning outcomes of students' basketball skills taught through the Cooperative learning approach are better than the Competitive learning approach as a whole. (2) There is an interaction between learning approaches and physical fitness on learning outcomes of basketball skills. (3) The learning outcomes of basketball skills of student groups taught through the Competitive learning approach are better than those of student groups taught through the Cooperative learning approach in groups of students who have high fitness. This study uses the development model from Borg and Gall which is adapted into a simple model, namely: determining research potential and problems, gathering information, needs analysis, product design and design validation, media expert testing, IT expert testing, takraw expert testing, trials small group, revise the results trials, trials large group, revise the results trials, final product development. The research results show from the results. Phase I trials were conducted on 15 sports science faculty students. Phase II trials were conducted on 30 people athlete and takraw administrators in North Sumatra who are classified as active. Of the 15 small group trial samples with a total score of 3.80 divided by the maximum score resulting in a presentation of 79.45% with the criteria Worth it. The results of large-scale trial data (stage II) against athlete and takraw administrators in North Sumatra who are classified as active, it can be seen that with an average percentage of 92.65% in the category So Worth it. The researcher concludes that the application product for the administration of a web based Sepak Takraw sports match is already worth using the foresee match administration system. The frequently used massage beds have a permanent shape, so they are difficult to carry and move when used. Portable massage beds are designed to make it easier to use from one location to another, save space, and can be adjusted according to the masseur's needs. This research aims to find out the specifications of portable massage bed products that are suitable for masseurs and patients. The sample in this study was a small scale trial of 6 masseurs at the massage clinic at Bina Darma University, Palembang, and subjects for a large scale trial were 10 people consisting of 6 masseurs and 4 patients at the massage clinic at Bina Darma University, Palembang. The stages of model development carried out are the model analysis, design and development (ADD) stages. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire. The expert validity test results used the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR) with an average CVR value of 0.35. Based on the results of this research, it was found that the development of the portable massage bed model had good product quality as a place for patient massage. The STAD learning method is an approach that encourages collaboration and interaction among students in the form of teams, with a focus on both group and individual achievements. Long jump was chosen as the research context due to its involvement in complex physical and technical aspects, requiring a combination of motor skills and conceptual understanding. The research method used is an experimental method, with a \"one group pretest-posttest\" design. The study involves a sample of 50 male students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Pangkalan Balai. The instrument used is an assessment of long jump performance. The assessment of long jump in this research covers both the process and the outcome, including the distance achieved in the jump. Data analysis is conducted using the t-test. The results of the data analysis show that because the calculated t-value is 5.87 > the tabulated t-value of 2.00. The findings of this study indicate a significant influence of the STAD method on the improvement of long jump skills among students at MTs Miftahul Ulum Pangkalan Balai. The developed Android-based learning media will be tested on students taking the Futsal course, the FKIP UNIB Physical Education Study Program. The research instrument used to collect data in this study used questionnaires and test techniques. There are three questionnaires that will be distributed in this study, namely the material expert questionnaire, the media expert validation questionnaire, and the student response questionnaire. The research procedure used in this study is in accordance with the steps for using the method Research and Development. The sample used in this study was PJOK teachers in Padang Sidempuan District. The results of this study indicate that out of 10 small group trial samples with a total score of 650 divided by a maximum score of 700 x 100%, it produces a presentation of 92.8% with the following criteria:Very Worth it.The results of the stage 2 trial on teachers are outlined through the formula for the percentage of the number of answers/maximum score x 100% with the following results.
