XYZ is a manufacturing company that produces urea fertilizer. The quality of urea fertilizer is influenced by three main parameters, namely H2O content, Biuret, and color. Based on known secondary data in the form of product defect history, in September 2023 product defects will be 12.9%. This research was conducted using the Six Sigma method with the aim of improving overall quality so as to prevent losses in company productivity. The research results show that in the defect category the H2O parameter has a DPMO value of 225834.7 with a sigma value of 2.25, for the biuret parameter it has a sigma value of 2.83 with a DPMO of 91216.7, and for the color parameter it is known that the DPMO value is 562700 or a sigma value of 1.34. then a root cause analysis is carried out using a fishbone diagram to obtain suggestions for improvement. Suggestions for improving Urea Fertilizer products for CTQ H2O include providing training/certification, coordinating with the Utilities section regarding steam, determining the right sampling point, and optimizing vacuum performance. For CTQ Biuret, namely providing training/certification, changing the tonnage in the urea process, paying attention to residence time and controlling the valve to work properly. Inisiatif penanaman mangrove telah diperkenalkan sebagai solusi alami untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Studi literatur kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman (SWOT) dari inisiatif tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa mangrove memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan ekosistem pesisir dan bertindak sebagai benteng alami melawan abrasi. Meskipun demikian, masih ada hambatan dalam pelaksanaan dan pemeliharaan mangrove. Ditemukan potensi kolaborasi yang besar antara pemerintah, komunitas, dan organisasi lingkungan. Namun, tantangan eksternal seperti perubahan iklim dan aktivitas pembangunan berisiko mengurangi efektivitas inisiatif ini. In the Jetty Department there are many types of work that have a risk of danger, one of the jobs that will be identified as dangerous in this research is hose connection activities. This research was carried out to identify hazards or dangers that could occur to workers, assess the risks, and finally be able to control the risk of danger using the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) method. The research results show that in the risk assessment, there are 4 Low Risks, which means the risk is still acceptable, 5 Moderate Risks, which means the risk is still acceptable but needs additional risk control, and 3 high risks, which means the risk is not accepted, the risk needs to be reduced immediately. The proposed risk is to always use PPE that is appropriate to the job, and use work support tools such as supports and heavy forklifts. Penggunaan moda kapasitas tinggi, bahan bakar murah, efisien dan ramah lingkungan penting dikembangkan di Kota Palangka Raya. Adanya minat masyarakat untuk mencoba angkutan umum baru, sehingga tecapainya juga visi dan misi Pemerintahan Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk membuat design suatu simulasi sistem angkutan umum modern menggunakan bus dengan sistem elektrik. Penelitian dimulai pada pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder melalui pengamatan di lapangan selama 3 hari. Jumlah bus berdasarkan rute yang direkomendasikan, Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini bahwa skenario pengembangan mini bus elektrik terbaik untuk Kota Palangka Raya ada 5 (lima) rute dengan 56 titik halte yang direkomendasikan untuk Kota Palangka Raya. Jumlah armada yang direkomendasikan untuk semua rure berdasarkan waktu tempuh adalah 97 unit. Model mini bus elektrik yang direkomendasikan untuk Kota Palangka Raya berkapasitas 28 seat. XYZ is a manufacturing company that specializes in making food and soft drinks. According to the company, there have been no reports of incidents during the production process. However, based on empirical findings obtained from observations in the maintenance section, especially in the field of assembly work, many near misses or near misses occur during the implementation stage. Efforts that need to be made to overcome this are by identifying activities that are at risk of causing work accidents. In this research, work accidents were identified using the HIRA method, which then based on the results of the HIRA, improvements were then carried out based on priorities using the FMEA methodology. In the grinding machine assembly process, it is known that there are six work activities including material selection, grinding, welding, painting, assembly, and machine trial. The HIRA identification results show that there are 8 activities that have a medium risk of work accidents, for which FMEA analysis will be carried out. Menurut data dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan pada tahun 2021, total sampah yang dihasilkan mencapai sekitar 68,5 juta ton, dengan sekitar 11,6 juta ton atau sekitar 17% dari total tersebut adalah sampah plastik. Metode konvensional dalam pengolahan sampah plastik, seperti landfill dan open dumping, berdampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Pembakaran plastik juga berkontribusi pada polusi udara. Daur ulang plastik hanya mengubahnya menjadi bentuk yang berbeda tanpa mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode alternatif, dan salah satu metodenya adalah pirolisis. Pirolisis adalah proses yang mendegradasi material pada suhu antara 300°C dan 1000°C, menghasilkan gas yang dikondensasi dan dipecah menjadi minyak, meninggalkan arang. Berbagai faktor seperti komposisi material, suhu, waktu tinggal, dan ukuran bahan baku memengaruhi proses pirolisis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan teknologi pirolisis yang ramah lingkungan untuk mengubah sampah plastik menjadi bahan bakar alternatif berbasis minyak, mengevaluasi kualitas produk minyak, dan mengidentifikasi jenis sampah plastik yang cocok untuk pirolisis. Terdapat berbagai macam jenis bajaj TVS yang dirakit oleh PT National Assemblers. Di mana permintaan produksi jenis bajaj per minggunya berbeda-beda, sehingga membutuhkan urutan penjadwalan produksi yang tepat agar permintaan setiap minggunya dapat tercapai dengan memperhatikan kapasitas produksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan usulan penentuan penjadwalan produksi untuk memenuhi permintaan produksi mingguan PT National Assemblers. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode Run-Out Time (ROT) yaitu suatu pendekatan sederhana yang dimanfaatkan dalam perhitungan dan penentuan produk mana yang terlebih dahulu diproduksi agar semua permintaan dapat dipenuhi sejalan dengan jumlah produksi. Data-data yang diperlukan untuk mencari nilai ROT di antaranya adalah jenis produk, persediaan (unit), permintaan (unit/minggu), ukuran lot (unit), produksi (unit/minggu). Univariate analysis is used to describe the properties of each variable's frequency distribution in the table. Bivariate analysis, on the other hand, is used to assess the association between two variables, with the chi-square test used to determine the link. Several adjustments are proposed to boost the efficacy of using the 5S Method. These enhancements may be made by conducting bivariate and univariate analyses to discover variables that impact the performance of the 5S Method implementation. This allows proposals for improvement to be developed and executed. To define the measuring scale, researchers utilized a Likert scale to disseminate the questionnaire. The signature value of 0.044 is less than the 0.05 significance threshold, hence the null hypothesis (H0) is accepted and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is rejected. As a result, it is possible to infer that there is a considerable link between work supervision and 5S implementation in the PT XYZ Jetty department. Industri tempe adalah industri yang umum di Indonesia dan menggunakan air dalam berbagai tahap produksinya. Namun, limbah cair dari industri tempe sering mengandung polutan berbahaya, meliputi COD, BOD, dan TSS, yang seringkali dibuang tanpa pengolahan yang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengkaji efektivitas karbon aktif yang berasal dari ampas bubuk kopi sebagai adsorben terhadap penurunan kadar COD dan TSS di dalam limbah cair industri tempe. Penelitian ini juga mencakup analisis kualitas karbon aktif ampas bubuk kopi dan penentuan dosis optimum karbon aktif. Dalam uji kualitas karbon aktif, karbon aktif ampas bubuk kopi memenuhi syarat dalam hal kadar air dan daya serap terhadap iodin, meskipun kadar abunya melebihi batas baku mutu. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dosis optimum karbon aktif adalah 8 gr/250 ml dengan waktu kontak selama 40 menit. Dalam penurunan kadar COD, karbon aktif ampas bubuk kopi mampu mengurangi kadar sebesar 60%, sementara penurunan kadar TSS mencapai 78%.
