UP2K-PKK cadres feel they do not have the knowledge and skills to increase community entrepreneurship. This research aims to find the knowledge and skills of fostering community entrepreneurship as the basis for planning the training program to improve knowledge and skills for UP2K-PKK Cadres. The method used in this study is mixed methods research. Determination of training needs had done with Training Needs Analysis. The study respondents were all UP2K-PKK Cadres companion MSMEs in Cipayung East Jakarta.The results concluded that UP2K-PKK Cadres need knowledge related to soft skills, namely techniques to motivate people to join the UP2K program, knowledge related to hard skills, namely; 1) managing finances, 2) Marketing techniques, and 3) techniques for identifying the learning needs of UP2K partners. Amid busyness as a housewife, UP2K-PKK Cadres has the willingness to improve their capacity building. Cadres should have the ability to direct the MSMEs to adapt and increasingly modern marketing ways so as not to be left behind and lose the opportunity to get the market. Iskandar","doi":"10.21831/jppm.v8i2.40172","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21831/jppm.v8i2.40172","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to describe (1) the comprehensive implementation of coral reef rehabilitation activities which have been carried out in Baurung Village, Banggae Timur District, Majene Regency, Sulawesi Barat, and (2) the participation of fisherman groups who have been directly involved in the coral reef rehabilitation activities. This study employs qualitative methods which data are collected through observation and interviews. The research participants were selected through purposive sampling and involved activity executor and the Head of the Fisherman Group from Samaelo dan Sipatuo. The results demonstrated that (1) The implementation of coral reef rehabilitation activities was carried out in four stages, namely preparation, implementation, monitoring/evaluation and maintenance, (2) The participation of fisherman groups shows that in the preparation and implementation stages, their participation is considered high, while their participation in monitoring/evaluation and maintenance stages tends to decrease. This study employs a quantitative research design. The population and sample included 100 people with the ones taking courses at LKP Mahesa Institute Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri as the research subjects. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling. The data were analysed using descriptive statistics in the form of percentages. The overall research results show that virtual learning with the approach of creating and sharing interactive content in English courses is categorized good with a percentage of 78.42%. These results are supported by the suitability of the results in each of the sub-variables, namely teaching quality, teaching level, incentive, and time. In this case, virtual learning with the approach of creating and sharing interactive content in English courses is quite effective. This research used the descriptive qualitative research method. Data were collected through field observations, literature study, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using an interactive data analysis model, including data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Furthermore, the factual conditions, tourism potential, and community empowerment in Surodadi Village were analyzed using five dimensions of the community-based tourism approach. The results showed that there are three pillars in the development of tourism in Surodadi Village, namely the economic, environmental, and social pillars. It can be seen from the fact that a lot of farmers have low income, and a lack of skills and knowledge. One of the ways to improve farmer welfare is to empower farmers, as done by PT. Great Giant Pineapple in Lampung, which has formed a partnership with farmers groups in Tanggamus Regency. This research is aimed to analyze the impact of empowering pisang mas (some type of ladyfinger) banana farmers, through a partnership with the company based on the concept of CSV (Creating Shared Value). This study used a qualitative method, and the informants were selected using the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations, as well as document studies. The informants consisted of banana farmers who are members of farmers groups, as well as group leaders, the farmers’ cooperative management, and the CSV staff. The results of the study indicate that the impact of the partnership program between farmers groups and PT. Great Giant Pineapple can be grouped into economic and social impacts. On the economic side, the impact can be seen in the improvement of farmers’ business skills, increase in farmers’ income, more job opportunities for the surrounding community, and farmers’ access to other institutions. Meanwhile, the social impacts include increase in capacities, skills as well as motivation and confident behavior among farmers, and the strengthening capacities among the farmers groups. This research used quantitative and qualitative analysis within the framework of Level 1 (Reaction) of the Kirkpatrik Evaluation Model, as well as the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results showed that: (1) the trainees were very satisfied with the implementation of distance training; (2) the implementation of distance training is considered very important to be implemented; (3) Some evaluation indicators have positive gap values, while others have negative gap values, meaning that some evaluation indicators have not met the expectations of stakeholders; and (4) most evaluation indicators are in quadrants A and B, meaning that they either must be prioritized to improve the performance, or maintained because they are already considered good.
