The boride layers obtained show the sequence of crystallographic phases which is (Co, Fe)B, FeB, Fe2B, substrate material. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Proben aus Armco-Fe wurden mit einer galvanischen Kobaltschicht versehen und mit 2.2 Vol% BCl3 in H2 bei 1223 K boriert. The distribution of agglomerates of growing and impinging nuclei is explicitely calculated for the two cases of heterogeneous and homogeneous nucleation. The results are compared and discussed with respect to the investigation of the nucleation mechanism in crystallization processes. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Es wird eine Theorie der Korngrosenverteilung entwickelt fur Keimbildungs- und Wachstumsprozesse, die durch das KOLMOGOROV-Modell beschrieben werden. Fur die zwei Falle der heterogenen und der homogenen Keimbildung werden die Verteilungen der Agglomerate ineinanderwachsender Keime explizit berechnet. The optimization of the diffusion process forming the pn-junction is especially discussed with regards to the various carrier concentrations of the as-grown crystals. Liquid nitrogen cooled lead salt diode lasers of the described type meet all demands of a laser based air pollution monitoring device. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Es wird eine verhaltnismasig einfache Methode der Bleisalzdiodenlaserherstellung erlautert. Insbesondere die Frage der Optimierung des Diffusionsprozesses, der den pn-Ubergang erzeugt, in Abhangigkeit von der Ausgangsladungstragerkonzentration der Kristalle wird diskutiert. The first step is the structure determination of the building unit of the polytypic substance (in most cases layers). The second step is the determination of the stacking sequence of the corresponding building units. The stacking can be ordered as well as disordered. Various methods for solving these problems are described. The aim of this paper is to treate these methods from a uniform point of view. \u0000 \u0000 \u0000 \u0000Die Kristallstrukturbestimmung mit Beugungsmethoden von Polytypen kann in zwei Schritte eingeteilt werden. Der erste Schritt ist die Strukturbestimmung der Baueinheit der polytypen Substanz (in den meisten Fallen Schichten). Der zweite Schritt besteht in der Bestimmung der Stapelfolge der entsprechenden Baueinheiten. Die Stapelung kann sowohl geordnet als auch fehlgeordnet sein. Verschiedene Methoden zur Losung dieser Probleme sind beschrieben worden.
