The Biology Laboratory of FMIPA UNNES has the resources to practice these skills. As the realization of the 3rd Dharma of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, community service is carried out to improve the skills of higher education laboratory technicians both private and public universities in the city of Semarang in handling experimental animals. The method used is training in the form of hands-on practice. The animals used were mice and white rats. The trained practices were bioethics, maintenance techniques, handling, gavage, drawing blood, and vaginal smears of experimental animals. The participants consisted of 29 laboratory technicians from general medicine, dentistry, biology, biology education, pharmacy, and animal husbandry study programs. The training instructors consist of lecturers, technicians, and student assistants. The training was held for two days by implementing health protocols. As a result, the participants improved their skills. From the beginning, only 29,26% of participants had the knowledge and skills to handle experimental animals at the end of the training, increasing to 86.84%. Gunungsari people, through their Tourism Awareness Group (Kelompok Sadar Wisata) Sentono Taruno Puroboyo has offered Javanese Culture tourism packages which are branded as “Backdoor Tourism” and “Kampung Ajar Kejawen”. The programs arranged to develop this tourism village have been modified to fit in Covid 19 pandemic situation. The programs are documentary literature writing, Javanese culture-themed short story competition, bilingual travel guide, English for tourism training, protective health gear procurement for tourism place, Javanese manuscript writing on lontar leaves, and decorative display made of “Janur Kuning” (young leaf of big palm tree) through youtube channel, and digital technology training. Therefore, some methods and approaches are used in this program, including Participatory Rural Appraisal, Participatory Technology Development, Community Development, persuasive, and educative. This program has equipped Pokdarwis members with enough knowledge to communicate in English, manage the website and youtube channel, and supply their protective health gear. The green environment can be done by developing an environmentally friendly urban agricultural system with 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) waste management. The skills of residents must support the utilization of domestic waste, so this is required adequate training activities. This training aimed to (1) increased the knowledge and skills of the residents in processed, domestic waste into compost and liquid organic fertilizer; (2) increased the knowledge and skills of residents in processed inorganic waste as a plant's pot; and (3) increased the spirit of citizens to live clean and healthy. This community service activity was carried out from 24 to July 26, 2020, with partner residents of the Bahrul Ulum Menara Asri, Jombang Regency. The program results showed that 76 percent of residents understood how to processed waste into compost, liquid organic fertilizer, and planting pots. One of the flora species in the area with a high level of diversity is the orchid plant. The Dendrobium is the largest orchid species, where the public widely hunts this orchid for an economic reason due to the beauty of its various flower shapes and colors. Given the high level of human encroachment, this can threaten the existence of natural orchid plants, causing loss of their original habitat and causing the extinction of orchid species. Based on data in Liwa Botanical Garden, there has been no further identification of natural orchids as a plant conservation effort. To protect and immediately save these natural orchids, it is necessary to identify the Dendrobium orchid species based on the leaf morphological approach. This research will be conducted in April-September 2020. Observations of leaf morphology include leaf shape, leaf tip shape, leaf base shape, leaf edge, leaf reinforcement, leaf arrangement, leaf surface texture, leaf symmetry, and leaf sitting based on guidelines for ornamental plant characterization books. The implementation of this activity is still in the period of the Covid-19 pandemic, so most of the activities are carried out online. The coaching and training phase was conducted through internal virtual discussions on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, while the coaching phase was conducted through meetings or verbal communication via telephone groups and WhatsApp. Based on the evaluation data, it is known that there is an increase in knowledge and understanding of training participants by 21.64 points. The percentage increase in value before and after training is 34.72%. Sehingga diperlukan solusi yang tepat dan cepat dalam mengatasi berbagai masalah yang berkaitan dengan mutu pendidikan. Melalui e-learning, pendidikan jarak jauh yang bergantung pada jarak dan waktu untuk pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan akan dapat diatasi, sehingga diperlukan penggunaan suatu media learning management system. Kegiatan pelatihan learning management system pada guru di Gugus Ki Hajar Dewantoro Kabupaten Semarang telah dilaksanakan pada 18-25 Juli 2020 menggunakan media Zoom Meeting dengan materi pengenalan sampai dengan mempraktikkan pembelajaran dengan LMS Schoology. Kegiatan pembukaan dan penutupan juga dilaksanakan secara langsung di SDN Sugihan 02 melalui perwakilan. Pelatihan dilakukan oleh tim pengabdian Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Negeri Semarang yang terdiri dari lima orang dosen dan dua orang mahasiswa. Dilakukan evaluasi dengan memberikan pre test dan post test. Hasil pre test menyimpulkan peserta yang kebanyakan berstatus sebagai guru, masih belum menerapkan learning management system dan belum mengetahui Schoology dengan rata-rata skor sebesar 70% dan 73%. Dalam segi kebermanfaatan, evaluasi juga dilakukan melalui beberapa aspek diantaranya adalah: 1) aspek keterbantuan, 2) ketertarikan pendidik dan siswa, 3) kemudahan, dan 4) fleksibilitas. Hasil evaluasi yang telah dilaksanakan terkait manfaat yang dirasakan saat menggunakan media Schoology sebagai LMS mendapatkan skor 79%-85% untuk setiap aspeknya. Aktivitas fisik sangat perlu dilakukan oleh mayarakat, karena dengan melakukan aktivitas fisik dapat meminimalisir terjadinya penyakit. Akan tetapi, saat ini masih banyak masyarakat yang belum sadar mengenai pentingnya aktivitas fisik bagi kesehatan. Melihat pentingnya aktivitas fisik untuk kesehatan tersebut sangatlah perlu dilakukan oleh masyarakat. Rendahnya kegiatan aktivitas fisik apabila terus dibiarkan, akan menjadi masalah yang harus segera ditanggulangi. Makan beraneka ragam merupakan pemenuhan zat gizi untuk bisa terpenuhinya sumber zat tenaga, zat pembangun, dan zat pengatur. Makanan yang beragam menggunakan berbagai jenis bahan makanan yang dapat memberikan manfaat yang besar bagi kesehatan. Oleh karena itu, masih perlu adanya edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk menanggulangi permasalahan tentang aktivitas fisik dan makan beraneka ragam. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan edukasi program kesehatan kepada masyarakat tentang aktivitas fisik dan makan beraneka ragam supaya hidup menjadi lebih sehat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode ceramah berupa kegiatan penyuluhan (diskusi dan tanya jawab), kegiatan senam, serta kegiatan pemasangan spanduk. Hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan berjalan dengan lancar dan baik. Ibu-ibu yang hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut mempunyai antusias yang tinggi serta sangat aktif dalam mengikuti program yang telah dilakukan. Kadarzi merupakan keluarga yang dapat mengetahui mencegah dan mengatasi permasalahan gizi di dalam suatu keluarga dengan mempertimbangkan lima indicator kadarzi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan sample masyarakat dusun plumbon RT 1-6 dan RT 34 dengan jumlah sample 52  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan di dapatkan kesimpulan bahwa masyarakat di daerah tersebut belum sepenuhnya menerapkan perilaku Kadarzi. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah dengan metode penyuluhan kepada masyarakat menggunakan media ceramah, slide power point, poster dan leaflet. Namun yang menjadi permasalahan adalah tidak semua sekolah siap untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran daring dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melatih para peserta dalam: (1) menggunakan platform google classroom; (2) menggunakan platform zoom cloud meetings; dan (3) menggunakan web tool quizizz. Kegiatan PKM ini dilakukan menggunakan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Subjek kegiatan atau perserta pelatihan berjumlah 50 orang guru. Waktu kegiatan dilaksanakan selama dua hari yakin tanggal 20 hingga 21 Maret 2020 yang diselenggarakan di SMK Dharma Bahari Surabaya. Hasil dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah secara berurutan dari 50 orang guru sebanyak 34%, 50%, dan 8% peserta masuk kategori “sangat baik”, “baik” dan “cukup” dalam mengoperasikan google classroom, sedangkan 8% lainnya masuk dalam kategori “kurang”. Selanjutnya, secara berurutan sebanyak 40%, 52%, dan 2% peserta masuk kategori “sangat baik”, “baik” dan “cukup” dalam mengoperasikan zoom cloud meetings, sedangkan 6% lainnya masuk dalam kategori “kurang”.
