Physical parameters of a house that do not meet the requirements increase the risk of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection, especially in children under five. This study aims to analyze the physical parameters of air quality (temperature, lighting, humidity, and ventilation) in the house with the incidence of Upper Respiratory Tract Infection in infants in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of North Pontianak Public Health Center in 2018. The method used is analytic observation using the Cross-Sectional approach. The population in this study was 2884 children under five with a sample of 93 children under five. The analysis was performed with the Chi-Square test with a 95% confidence level. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between temperature and the incidence of URIs (p-value = 0.002 OR values = 6.648), humidity with URI events (p-value 0.035 OR values = 3.625), lighting with URI events (p-value = 0,000 OR value = 15.037), and there is no significant relationship between ventilation and the incidence of URI (p-value 0.383 OR value = 2.112). \u0000 \u0000

Indonesian people (60.44%) consume fewer vegetables and fruits. The fiber content in vegetables and fruit is very useful for the body. Nutrition education in early childhood aims to shape nutritional behavior to be better. Efforts to improve nutrition knowledge can be done with appropriate, interesting, and easily understood media for children including storytelling methods. Therefore, it is necessary to research nutrition education through a storytelling method to increase the consumption of vegetables and fruits for elementary school children. This study aims to determine the effect of nutrition education through storytelling methods to increase the consumption of vegetables and fruits for elementary school children. This research is a pre-experiment. one group pre-post test. Data analysis in this study using the Paired Sample T-test. The subjects of this study were the elementary school children of 21 North Pontianak totaling 35 samples. The technique of collecting questionnaire data was chosen by direct interview, to see the difference in the consumption of vegetables and fruits. Based on the results of statistical tests of fruit intake scores before and after the intervention of 35 respondents obtained p-value 0,000 <0,05 this indicates that there is a significant difference between the fruit intake score before and after. The statistical test results of vegetable intake scores before and after the intervention were obtained p-value 0,000 <0,05, indicating that there were significant differences in vegetable intake scores in school children.

The quality of the safety of brown sugar depends on the quality of the cleanliness of the processing plant. The purpose of this study was to analyze the physical, chemical, and biological contamination in the process of making brown sugar in Sungai Itik Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. This research is observational descriptive, with 42 samples, data analysis using univariate analysis. The results showed an examination of the quality of brown sugar in Sungai Itik Village 100% of samples did not experience physical contamination, 9.5% occurred chemical contamination (Sodium Metabisulfite), and 11.9% experienced biological contamination (Germ Figures). For coconut sugar makers, it is better to make brown sugar, add preservatives and use a dosage/scale not exceeding the threshold value, and store brown sugar in a place that is not moist so that it is not contaminated by microbes. \u0000

Bitter melon leaves contain secondary metabolites such as flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and alkaloids. The compound has anti-fungal properties. This study aims to determine the effect of ethanol extract of bitter melon leaves (Momordica charanthia L) on the inhibition zone of the fungus Trichophyton rubrum diffusion method. The research method used was a quasi-experiment with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were bitter melon extract made with criteria of old leaves (obtained from bitter melon plants), 5th leaf from shoot to base, green leaves, non-rot leaves, non-ripped leaves and not eaten by caterpillars that have taken in Rasau Jaya Village 1, Rasau Jaya District, Bina Karya Hamlet. The sample used in this study was pared leaf extract (Momordica charantia L) using ethanol solvent with a concentration of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80% and 90% using Dimethyl Sulfoxide as thinner. Analysis of the Linear Regression Test obtained the value (p = 0.00 <0.05), then Ha was accepted meaning that there was an influence of ethanol extract of the bitter melon leaf (Momordica charantia L) on the inhibition zone of the fungus Trichophyton rubrum by the diffusion method. The results of R Square (R2) which amounted to 0.930 showed that the magnitude of the contribution of the concentration of bitter melon leaf extract in influencing the inhibitory zone of the fungus Trichophyton rubrum was 93%. \u0000
