Olshop tersebut memiliki tujuan untuk memenuhi kepentingan umum maupun perorangan dengan kualitas pelayanan terbaik pada pelanggan. Peningkatan pelayanan kualitas dilakukan dengan mengindentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan metode Servqual melalui bantuan instrumen kuesioner tertutup. Analisis mengenai ekspektasi dan harapan pelanggan menggunakan analisis gap berdasarkan lima dimensi yaitu nilai bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan empati. Hasil penelitian dari analisis ekspektasi dan harapan mengenai pelayanan ISR Bone menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan ISR Bone memiliki nilai Gap negatif artinya kualitas pelayanan belum memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan. Keluhan yang dirasakan penjahit dapat menyebabkan produktivitas kerja menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keluhan musculoskeletal disorders yang sering dialami oleh penjahit sejahtera. Pengukuran Musculoskeletal disorders menggunakan kuesioner Nordic Body Map (NBM) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat beberapa bagian badan yang sering mengalami keluhan yaitu leher atas, leher bawah, bahu kiri, bahu kanan, punggung, pinggang, pantat, betis kiri dan betis kanan. CV. ABS is a company that produces construction complementary materials in building manufacture. The research aims to reduce the damage level of paving blocks using the Statistical Quality Control method which produces Central Line (CL) = 0.313, Upper Control Limit (UCL) = 0.409, and Lower Control Limit (LCL) = 0.217. However, this will not happen if there is still waste in the production process. With a lean manufacturing strategy, companies are able to identify the types of waste that occur in the production process so that the waste that occurs can be eliminated. Waste is identified with seven wastes using the Waste Assessment Model (WAM), then detailed mapping is carried out with Value Stream Analysis Tools (VALSAT) and the root cause of the problem is analyzed with Fishbone. The results showed that the waste in the production process was a waste defect of 16.49%, the second rank was waste transportation of 16.36%, and the third rank was waste process of 14.82%. Faced with this hazard, an evacuation route is needed to maintain security and safety. The existence of an evacuation route in the building can facilitate the access of building occupants to the evacuation location. This study uses qualitative methods with interviews, documentation, and direct observation.
