Microstrip antenna is an antenna that has advantages such as compact, low cost of fabrication and capable to work at high frequencies. However, microstrip antennas have disadvantages such as narrow bandwidth. This research discusses about improvement performance of the square microstrip antenna with the slot M and the inset that work at frequency of 15 GHz in order to increase the return loss and bandwidth. Improper management of medical waste can cause the spread of infectious nature, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Therefore, management at the source, such as minimization and containment, is important and must be evaluated. This study evaluates hospital medical waste management based on minimization and containment efforts. This research was conducted by direct observation and literature review. The findings on minimization efforts are following regulations such as reducing the use of materials containing hazardous and toxic materials if there is a choice, avoiding accumulation and expiration of the procurement of chemicals and pharmaceuticals, and separating non-medical and medical waste according to the waste category. The container also meets the standard where the container is equipped with a cover and is made of puncture-resistant material. The containers are also equipped with bags and symbols according to the characteristics of the waste with internal transportation at least once a day or when the container has been filled. Garbage officers prepare medical waste handover documents. To facilitate the presentation of information, it is necessary to have a system that manages these financial activities, therefore a web-based SPP payment information system is built that will be easily accessed from anywhere. In addition to management, this information system is designed so that students' parents can obtain information about bills and arrears. Telegram bots are an alternative for parents to get information about billing and payment information that can be accessed through the Telegram Messenger application so that it is more practical and interactive. The method used in developing this system is RAD (Rapid Application Development) and the framework used to build this information system is Laravel. However, in the process of obtaining it, fraudulent practices are often found, such as tiren chicken meat that is still being sold, or chicken meat that has been mixed with meat that is not worth selling. Therefore, we need a tool or application that is able to detect the quality of raw chicken meat. The purpose of this study is to create a tool that is useful in detecting the quality of raw chicken meat by utilizing image processing using the InceptionV3 model and named Quameaty. This tool was developed using the Python programming language. The InceptionV3 model is an excellent convolutional neural network training model and has been pre-trained on the Common Objects in Context (COCO) dataset of 328,000 images with 81 different classes. This model has a very high level of accuracy as a pre-trained model with a top 5 accuracy value of 93.3% and a relatively fast computation time when compared to its predecessor model. The resulting training model is embedded in an Android application which can be easily and tends to be flexible to be used in detecting the quality of raw chicken meat. In electing the chancellor at ITTP, there are several obstacles faced, such as: data security aspects that are still not maintained, updates data or documents required for chancellor candidates and limited access to information during the offline pandemic period. In order to protect data from outside parties and to document the files of the prospective chancellor candidates in real time, a system is needed to facilitate the process of electing the chancellor. This study aims to develop an online rector election system. System development is carried out using the Scrum method. Every job is completed in a short period of time. Each sprint is a work from a backlog according to the required needs. The application of the Scrum approach is very effective in developing this chancellor election application. There are often cases where BGP routing running on the internet experiences hijacking of its network route or misconfiguration either intentionally or unintentionally on BGP route information which causes the internet network to fail or be inaccessible. The implementation of BGP with Resource Public Key Infrastructure (RPKI) will allow a network to filter existing routes so that its existence can make internet networks that use BGP directed to only valid routes and avoid piracy of invalid route information. This study seeks to measure the performance of the BGP RPKI at PT Time Excelindo. Implementation of BGP RPKI to increase CPU and device memory usage by 3.6% and 0.75% and reduce router input power in receiving incoming prefix information by 1.15%. The common problem they face is poor Internet Service Provider (ISP) service provider connectivity, such as network drops and slowness. The purpose of this study is to build a prototype internet access network for people living in rural areas using two microwave radio links based on Ethernet over Plesiochronous Digital Hierarchy (PDH) technology as a backhaul connected to an ISP. The method used to integrate the two radio links is to use the load balancing method which is a feature found on the Mikrotik router that functions to combine internet traffic from both ISPs simultaneously and channel it to a local network provided for public internet access. Apart from that, the load balancing router also functions as a protection system where if one of the traffic drops which may be caused by an outage (dead) radio link or a service from an ISP that dies, it is hoped that the traffic will still be there so that users can still get internet service. This 5G application has more capable performance than the previous generation so that antenna specifications with wide bandwidth and large gain are needed. The antenna that can be used is microstrip antenna. Microstrip antennas have the advantages of having a light mass, practical, and easy to fabricate. However, there are disadvantages in the parameters obtained, such as narrow bandwidth and small gain. To overcome these disadvantages, you can use the air gap method, where the method can be used to widen bandwidth and increase gain. In this study, optimization has been successfully carried out on the microstrip array antenna using the airgap method at a frequency of 3.5 GHz. The results of the optimization during simulation obtained an increase in bandwidth of 54.28% and an increase in gain of 32.86%. For the realization results, a bandwidth of 280 MHz, and a gain of 9.3 dB were obtained. FPGA can be programmed according to the application or function required by the user. To support science in the field of electronic engineering, it is necessary to have learning media regarding the basic use and application of FPGA. Therefore, in this study, an ON-OFF control simulator module was made using an FPGA. There are two approaches used in building ON-OFF control, namely pure ON-OFF and ON-OFF using delay time, where this delay time is defined using counter logic. All control algorithm designs use the VHSIC Hardware Description Language (VHDL) description. The implementation results show that the response can be in accordance with the desired conditions.
