The duration of irradiation was 6 and 10 minutes, the temperature was measured using an IR camera. It was found that the blood flow after exposure is set at a new level, and this level depends on the radiation dose. By 20 minutes after 6 minutes of irradiation, the temperature becomes lower than the original one. By 20 minutes after 10 minutes of irradiation, the temperature becomes more than the original one. This may be the result of changes in peripheral blood flow. Temperature change as a consequence of changes in peripheral blood flow can serve as a correlated response parameter of the biosystem, since it allows quantitative control of available measuring instruments and correlates with the parameters of the action itself.","PeriodicalId":176222,"journal":{"name":"2018 Ural Symposium on Biomedical Engineering, Radioelectronics and Information Technology (USBEREIT)","volume":"4 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114926498","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We modified the model of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), which is the basis of ISO/IEC 27005: 2011: we added the “Decision Making” stage after the “Determining the main criteria” step. The solution is to choose an approach to proccesing information security risks — their assessment, impact and taking — based on certain criteria. Using the developed algorithm, we implemented a cognitive software module of the information system management (ISM) in an educational institution. The use of the cognitive software module has significantly reduced the labor costs of specialists in the Information Security (IS) Department, including automation of the reporting procedures. The application of the situational approach allowed us to integrate a person into the automated system to ensure the cybersecurity of the educational sector.","PeriodicalId":176222,"journal":{"name":"2018 Ural Symposium on Biomedical Engineering, Radioelectronics and Information Technology (USBEREIT)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134485984","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The divider consists of seven links: a single-stage splitter on a three-wire strip line and six cascades of quarter-wave transformers on two-wire coupled lines. The possibility of using dividers as combiners of pulse signals fed to the outputs of the dividers is shown. It is shown that the decoupling of the output ports and the transmission factor between the input port and the output ports, measured in the pulsed mode and under the influence of the chirp signal, are significantly different. Conditions for increasing the decoupling of the divider outputs in the pulsed mode are given. The divider is made on a ceramic substrate with an area of 5.5×1.2 mm and provides decoupling in the frequency band from 10 GHz to 67 GHz not worse than 18 dB, and maximum return losses not worse than 12 dB at insertion loss from −3,5 to −4.4 dB in frequency range.","PeriodicalId":176222,"journal":{"name":"2018 Ural Symposium on Biomedical Engineering, Radioelectronics and Information Technology (USBEREIT)","volume":"103 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123852300","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Design and manufacture of highly-reliable systems of onboard radio-electronic equipment with long operating life is an important and complex task, as system reliability can be quite difficult to control at all the stages of its life cycle. The aim of this article is to develop the methods that will allow to satisfy the reliability requirements with regard for failure rate of the designed system during operation. There is a restriction of minimum costs imposed for the given reliability levell at each stage of its life cycle. The study employed the methods of control theory, theory of reliability of complex systems, probability and statistical methods of decision making that consider the dynamics of failure rate and the processes of parameter changes during operating life. Bayesian approach was used for evaluating the reliability level and the risk score. The resultant methodology of managing reliability and risks at design, manufacture, and operation stages of complex technical systems allows to minimize the costs. The developed methods are suggested to be used in selecting the optimal management strategy at all stages of complex systems life cycle, when the lack of required data makes it impossible to meet the minimum common costs requirements.","PeriodicalId":176222,"journal":{"name":"2018 Ural Symposium on Biomedical Engineering, Radioelectronics and Information Technology (USBEREIT)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114334278","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, up to 30% of appropriately selected patients remain non-responders to CRT. This study presents an automatic non-invasive method for optimizing the lead position in the left ventricle (LV). The optimal electrode position was selected by finding the smallest electrical dyssynchrony estimated by the duration of the QRS complex on electrocardiograms. We build the patient-specific anatomical model based on computer tomography (CT) of the torso, lungs and heart and accurate electrophysiology model for simulate electrocardiograms. The location of the right ventricle electrode was fixed and corresponded with original CT position. The position of the LV lead was varied and chosen in the center of one of the 17 segments on the subendocardial layer and subepicardial layer. The result of simulations has demonstrated the CRT effectivity can be improved by optimization of the LV electrode location by 10%.","PeriodicalId":176222,"journal":{"name":"2018 Ural Symposium on Biomedical Engineering, Radioelectronics and Information Technology (USBEREIT)","volume":"139 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124400063","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Three coordinates of the graph are Cartesian, and fourth is the parametric coordinate. Graphs of complex polynomials are considered in detail. We demonstrates the well-known basic theorem of algebra about the number of polynomial roots. The study of graphs of complex polynomials made it possible to construct an exact geometric algorithm for finding the real and complex roots of a polynomial on the same plane. The algorithm assumes the construction of a graph of the main polynomial and graphs of two auxiliary functions. The application of this method is considered in detail for a cubic polynomial. In this case the method has exceptional features in comparison with polynomials of other degrees. Taking into account the well-known expressions for the roots of polynomials of order 3 and 4, the auxiliary graphs of the method have exact formulas for polynomials with order from 3 to 10.","PeriodicalId":176222,"journal":{"name":"2018 Ural Symposium on Biomedical Engineering, Radioelectronics and Information Technology (USBEREIT)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129628065","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
