The understanding by the government and society as a whole of the concept of equal opportunities for children with disabilities and children with disabilities formed the basis for creating a special inclusive educational environment at school, determined the need to find effective ways to include and opportunities for interaction of subjects of an inclusive educational process. Based on the theoretical analysis of domestic and foreign literature, the authors present a refined definition of “inclusive educational environment”, define and describe its essential characteristics. Based on their research and personal experience in implementing inclusive education programs, they prove that an inclusive educational environment is a variation of the educational environment in which students with disabilities are provided with conditions for self-realization and the formation of value-semantic life orientations in the context of their special educational needs. For the first time in the context of the study, a scientifically based relationship between the values of inclusive education and inclusive policies, inclusive practices and inclusive culture is presented. When describing the fundamental principles underlying the design of an inclusive educational environment in a modern school, the authors reveal its algorithm and describe the value system of inclusive education.","PeriodicalId":175910,"journal":{"name":"Uchenye Zapiski RGSU","volume":"36 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123178518","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this aspect, the transformation of the chess system of training students can have a positive effect not only on the development of intellectual properties and personality traits, but also on the mental state of students. The aim of the research was to study the changes in the mental state of students in the process of chess training on the basis of the developed author’s concept of the international grandmaster I.V. Mikhailova. The study involved 3–4 year students of the Russian State Social University, studying the discipline “Elective courses in physical culture and sports” with a total number of 168 people. Students learned using a variety of technologies and resources, including Chess Planet, chess. com and chessKing.com platforms. To study the mental states of students, standard tests were used: SAN (Feelings, Activity, Mood), a test for loneliness by the method of subjective feeling of loneliness by D. Russell and M. Ferguson and a test by the method of Ch.D. Spielberger in Y.L. Khanin’s adaptation to identify personal and situational anxiety. The results showed that the teachers, based on the author’s concept developed by I. V. Mikhailova, generally note an increase in the comfort of the mental state, a decrease in anxiety, and an improvement in the psychoemotional state.","PeriodicalId":175910,"journal":{"name":"Uchenye Zapiski RGSU","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132748283","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The specifics of the design of the instrument and the game on it predefine the choice of “classic” methodological manuals. However, the long historical path of trombone did not go without expanding the timbre-expressive capabilities and changing the techniques of playing the trombone. Therefore, the XXIst century methodical manuals for playing the trombone include an extensive section devoted to the styles of playing modern music from academic avant-garde to pop-jazz genres. The work provides an analysis of modern trombone literature with performing comments, and also draws attention to methodological developments that take into account the breadth of strokes and techniques used in music to play trombone.","PeriodicalId":175910,"journal":{"name":"Uchenye Zapiski RGSU","volume":"91 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127896833","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Tougher competition in the context of the next economic crisis approaching has necessitated the technological use of artificial intelligence while increasing the efficiency of talented employees. The focus group analysis of the results of the survey using the online service “Google Form” revealed that a favorable environment reigns in organizations as a whole, allowing the most effective use of the potential of talented employees. Discrimination, envy of colleagues and their indifference do not greatly affect the loyalty of talented employees. The creation of the most favorable working conditions for talented employees is controversial, creating the preconditions for dissatisfaction with the rest of the organization’s employees, and can lead to conflict, including on ethnic grounds. For the first time, the article reveals the nature of the influence of artificial intelligence on the promotion of talented employees. The majority consider this effect to be positive (63%). The originality of the study lies in identifying the nature of the relationship between the leaders of natural intelligence – talented employees – and artificial intelligence. This study can serve as a basis for reducing risks in working with talented employees in the context of using artificial intelligence.","PeriodicalId":175910,"journal":{"name":"Uchenye Zapiski RGSU","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-12-29","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131742781","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
