We derive the anomalous term that represents the coupling of the neutral pion π_0 and the angular velocity Ω. Based on the chiral perturbation theory with the anomalous term, we analytically show that the ground state of QCD matter under fast rotation becomes the chiral soliton lattice, which has a periodic lattice structure with topological charge and spontaneously breaks parity symmetry.
