Spatial multistability shows up also as a hysteretic behavior depending on the injection current in both integral and local measurements of the laser intensity with and without polarization resolution. The influence of the temperature of the laser diode on the manifestation of spatial multistability was studied. Switching between coexisting spatial structures caused by optical pulses is demonstrated.","PeriodicalId":175509,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference Laser Optics (ICLO)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134349025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
