 The rapid sweep of the Corona virus that the world witnessed during these three years has attracted the attention of scientists to it. Therefore, they tried to get to know it from all sides, in addition to collecting data for the people most vulnerable to the virus, as well as knowing the seasons of the year most suitable for it. The research aimed was to describe the distribution of confirmed cases depending on gender, age, institutions, and months.
 Materials and Methods:This data was collected for an entire year (January 2021-December 2021) from Public Health Department, and cases were diagnosed based on a test RT-PCR.
 Results: The result depended on baseline characteristics of confirmed cases (n=42,530), males recorded a higher rate of infection than females(53.32 %)). According to the registered age groups that were reported in age (less than 1 -more than 65) years, It was found that the age most susceptible to infection ranged between 14-44 (61.21%). While the warm season (spring and summer) had the highest rate of virus infection (17.17%).

 Materials and Methods: In our available research, , The study was conducted in the Marjan Medical City Hospital in Babylon Governorate and the Medical City Hospital in Baghdad Governorate, where the ELISA method was used to measure the parameters for the study . The study included 60 patients with chronic myeloid leukemia (17 males and 43 females). And 30 healthy participants who do not suffer from any disease.
 Results: The results revealed that that there were extremely significant differences between the control group and patients in the samples examined for the kidney function test (urea, creatinine, and IL18). While there is a non-significant difference between the control group and patients in terms of kim-1 at a p-value of ≤ 0.05. The study's findings, however, also revealed a non-significant association between age and the levels of (urea, creatinine, IL18, and kim-1), as well as between BMI and the levels of (urea, creatinine, IL18, and kim-1).

 Also in this paper I described contra-continuous function (as continuous functions) in real numbers also, I was able to get an example of this kind of functions in (where it very difficult example) and approximate it by Bernstein operator. 
 CONCLUSION:

It results in problems that trigger an allergic and inflammatory immunological response. Cytokines are crucial to the development of disease and its pathophysiology. This investigation looked at how scabies risk and a variation in the gene IL-6 affected IL-6 production.
 Materials and Methods : The goal of the current investigation was to determine the level of IL-6 by ELISA and its linked with IL-6(-174 G/C) polymorphisms in 60 scabietic patients and 30 healthy individuals.
 Results : In contrast, the IL-6(-174 G/C) CC genotype and C allele carrier frequencies were highly significant (P0.05) in the patients who had their first infestation. The results showed a significant increase (P0.05) in the IL-6(-174 G/C) GG genotype and G allele in the re-infestation group of patients compared to the healthy group. According to IL-6 genetic variations, low serum levels were connected with the CC genotype.
