Therefore, it is an important issue for the airport construction site selection in Tibet at this stage whether the site selection limit of the airport elevation not exceeding 4420m can be broken. This paper first introduces the current situation of site selection in high altitude areas of Tibet , Atmospheric pressure of High Plateau Airport and analyzes the airworthiness of aircraft. Then, the conversion relations among air pressure, air pressure altitude and airport elevation are analyzed. After that, a case study was conducted on a site in Tibet, which verified that when the airport elevation exceeded 4420m, the site could still meet the requirements of aircraft approval envelope. Aiming at the common batch optimization problem of square parts, this paper mainly focuses on the two-dimensional three-stage shearing and cutting problem, aiming to minimize the use of original pieces and the lowest utilization rate of original pieces. By using genetic algorithm, product items or strip arrangement schemes are numbered to form chromosomes. Secondly, by initializing the population, evaluating the fitness of individuals in the population, selecting, crossing and other steps, Select the best layout solution. However, under the influence of imperfect maintenance, the failure mechanism and maintenance process of the multi-state system are more complicated. Further discussion is needed about how to deal with the relationship between the states of various components and the overall state of the system, and how to make the optimal maintenance strategy. To address this issue, this paper proposes a multi-state system maintenance decision optimization method considering imperfect maintenance. Firstly, an imperfect maintenance model is established based on quasi-renewal theory. Secondly, the mapping relationship between the state of the components and the system is decoupled combining universal generating function with the non-homogeneous continuous-time Markov model, the reliability evaluation of the multi-state system is realized.
