This is done by Defining the Conceptual Framework for Community Participation in Universities and the most Important Requirements. In the Light of the Philosophy of Community Participation and its Requirements, To Achieve the Research Goal, Used the Descriptive Approach and the questionnaire to Collect the Required data and Information required, where the Study Community of all Members of Teaching Staff the Total Number of 2019 Teaching Staff, Including 1236 Males and 783 Females. The Two Researchers Chose a Random Sample of the Study Population of (187). Materials and Methods: The study population was composed of (20) students. The blood samples thus collected were utilized for the measurement of students, Lactic Acid، Glutamy I Tran peptidase ،CoQ10, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), and Vo2max tests (Harfard, cooper, ergometer) preand post-eating supplemental and practice exercise (3000 m) running. Results: Significant decreases were identified in the Lactic Acid، Glutamy I Transpeptidase, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine phosphokinase (CPK), in the trial group when their preand post-exercise results were compared (α<0,05) while an increase of (α<0,05) was observed in their plasma CoQ10 levels. The descriptive survey method was used in this study. A total of 620 students participated in this study. The Career Maturity Inventory-Form C (CMI-C), originally prepared by John Crites and adapted to the Jordanian context by Hala Al-Masoud in 2018, was used to collect the data. Both descriptive and inferential statistics, such as Mean, Standard Division, ANOVA, Scheffe’s Test, and Point Biserial Correlation Coefficient, were used to analyze and interpret the data. The results indicate that students had career maturity and that their reasons for choosing their specialization influence their career maturity. For the achievement of the objectives of the study, the researchers utilized the descriptive-analytical approach. The study used a questionnaire which was distributed to the sampling, (82) supervisors ,in all the faculties of Education in the Palestinian universities, where the comprehensive survey was used. They study had some results; among the most important are: The degree of taking into consideration the students of educational higher studies for the ethics of conducting scientific research from the perspective of the academic supervisors was very high at (74.80%). There were statistically significant differences between the mean of the sample of the study according to the university variable for the Islamic University; while there were no differences according to 'the specialization variable'. In the light of the findings, the two researchers recommended that clear criteria be set for the identification of the ethics of scientific research and promoting them among graduate students.
