Occasionally, this situation raises the opportunity to undertake large urban integration operations, associated with urban renewal and the construction of new residential areas. In these cases it has attended an institutional architecture based on extrapolated public companies for management. This study addresses these operations identifying and classifying them with variables that have proved to be decisive to make viable operations.
