In closed soil, the water regime should be regulated taking into account the biological characteristics of the culture, the growth phase and the intensity of light.\u0000\u0000To successfully implement the plant nutrition process, it is necessary to formulate a mathematical model of the process and equivalent transfer functions. This will make it possible to choose a rational way of management and determine the parameters of management systems.\u0000\u0000The analysis of the latest researches in the field of automation of processes of nutrition of plants grown in closed soil shows that for each specific case, a scheme of automation of this process was proposed, which led to different results of the implementation of the process of nutrition. To generalize the principles of regulating the supply of nutrient solutions to plants in closed soil, it is necessary to develop real mathematical models of processes and equivalent transfer functions that will allow choosing a rational method of management. The specificity of the object of research determines the need to use the analytical method of obtaining dynamic models as the main one.\u0000\u0000The mathematical description of the dynamics of mass transfer during drip irrigation includes the value of the evaporative capacity of plants. As practice has shown, these wastes after dehydration to a moisture content of 20-25% can be effectively used as valuable additives to agricultural fodder or as fuel. At the same time, the specified final humidity can be ensured by the sequential implementation of mechanical methods of dewatering the processed material on a vibrating screen, in a screw press and vibrating impact load in a closed press-form, which allows to significantly reduce energy costs compared to thermal dehydration. But for longer storage of the specified waste, a moisture content of no higher than 8% is required, which can be achieved only after their additional heat treatment. The article proposes a scheme of a combined dryer in which processed waste sequentially passes through the stages of mechanical dehydration in screw feeders, grinding in a hammer crusher, processing on vibrating screens with spatial dynamic loading and final thermal dehydration in a fluidized state in jets of hot air or steam, which are secondary products of this enterprise. At the same time, the offered dryer provides a closed working process, which allows, if it necessary, to dehydrate the same portion of waste several times until the optimal final moisture is reached. The article also presents equations and dependencies for determining the duration of waste dehydration at each stage of the dryer's work process, its productivity in terms of dehydrated waste and the total power of the electric motors of the proposed equipment. All this allows you to evaluate the effectiveness of the considered dryer in comparison with other machines of a similar purpose.

The separation processes are quite wide spread in other branches of economy (in chemical, processing, machine building, building, agricultural, metallurgy enterprises), so a task of improvement of classification processes and equipment for their realization is enough actual. Different installations for mechanical classification with unbalanced, hydraulic pulse, pneumatic, electromagnetic, centrifugal drive have reliable design, provide quite stable and effective working process. By our notion, the main working parameters of the mechanical classification of grain raw materials, that determine its efficiency (productivity, specific energy outlay, quality of phase separation) are the maximal speed of movement of the material particles relatively sieve surface and a maximal effort created by the executive element of the installation in the middle of the processed material. Known differential equations of movement and energy balances for determination of these working parameters are complex and unsuitable for elaboration of the engineering method of design calculation of corresponding equipment. So, there are algebraic dependencies for definition of the main working parameters of the mechanical classification under using of basic drives types presented in the article. On the basis of these dependencies, a simple computer program can be compiled to obtain and analyze graphic diagrams that allow to determine the most efficient drive option.

The aim of the research is to analyze the technical and technological equipment of liquid manure processing processes using the process activation unit (UAP) using vortex layer devices (VHF) of ferromagnetic elements. As a result of the analysis of liquid manure processing technology of pigs it is established that the most effective technology in the conditions of Ukrainian farms is liquid manure processing by means of process activation unit (UAP) using vortex layer devices (VHF) of ferromagnetic elements. The essence of the proposed technology is that the manure together with the appropriate reagent in the working area of UAP is activated, which significantly accelerates the chemical reactions associated with the hydrolysis of fatty substances contained in effluents (alkaline environment). At the same time suspended substances in the manure are mechanically treated with ferromagnetic elements. Disinfected liquid manure at the exit of UAP has no specific odor, can accumulate in open manure storages (lagoons) directly on the farm. As a result of the analysis of the principle of work of installation of activation of processes features of its use are established: reception of multicomponent suspensions and emulsions; acceleration of the processes of obtaining fine mixtures, activation of substances both in the dry state and in the form of aqueous dispersions; for purification of industrial wastewater from phenol, formaldehyde, heavy metals, arsenic, cyanide compounds, acceleration of heat treatment processes, obtaining protein substances from yeast cells; increasing the microbiological stability of food and yeast activation in the bakery industry; intensification of extraction processes, including during the preparation of broths, production of berry drinks (juices), pectin, etc .; to obtain suspensions and emulsions of increased microbiological safety in the food industry without the use of stabilizers, as well as increase the yield of finished products.

And since one of the key elements of the vast majority of modern equipment and mechanisms are rotating electrical machines, the reliability of the latter largely determines the reliability of the system as a whole.\u0000\u0000The paper provides a detailed analysis of the prospects of using vibration signals to detect defects in rotating electrical machines. As a result of a statistical study conducted on the basis of studying the causes of emergency failures that occur during the operation of medium-power asynchronous electric motors based on the DTG "Energomash" and the analysis of literary sources, the most probable defects that occur during the operation of rotating electrical machines were identified. In particular, it was found that the most probable defects that occur during the operation of such equipment can be attributed to: rotor imbalance, bearing damage, asymmetry of the stator electromagnetic field and violation of the mechanical rigidity of the supporting structures.\u0000\u0000Based on the study, it was theoretically substantiated and experimentally confirmed that the most common types of defects that are typical for rotating electrical machines cause a significant vibration response. In this case, the vibration response, containing information about the existing defects of electrical machines, can be measured directly in the operating mode of the electrical machine without the need to intervene in the design of the latter.\u0000\u0000It was also shown that defects of various types that occur during the operation of rotating electrical machines are characterized by a relatively low severity in the early stages of defect development and selectivity, both in shape and in the frequency spectrum. Therefore, it is obvious that it is necessary to develop highly informative signs of the presence of defects of the considered type, characterized by increased severity and selectivity.

Such deformation occurs in numerous technological operations. About 70% of parts obtained by cold extrusion are deformed under conditions of axial symmetry.\u0000\u0000The plane problem of the theory of plasticity is reduced to a solution in the framework of a two-dimensional statement, when the motion of points in the section of a workpiece is analyzed. Each point can move only in the section plane, and its velocity can be decomposed into two mutually perpendicular directions along the coordinate axes. For plane deformation, it is assumed that the velocity in the direction of the third coordinate axis is equal to zero.\u0000\u0000The presence of axial symmetry allows us to confine ourselves to studying the behavior of points located on the plane of the meridional section of the workpiece. In this case, each point can move only in the section plane and its velocity can be decomposed into two orthogonal directions: along the axis and along the radius. The component of the velocity vector in the circumferential direction is equal to zero, so only four of the six independent components of the strain rate tensor remain. In this regard, axisymmetric problems of the theory of plasticity are of considerable interest from the point of view of solving applied problems.\u0000\u0000The article discusses the possibility of using mixed Euler and Lagrange coordinates to determine the components of the strain rate tensor in plastic deformation processes characterized by the axisymmetric nature of metal plastic flow. The vector field of displacements at each point in space reflects the transformation of the initial (non-deformed) configuration into the current one, and therefore determines the configuration of the deformed body in space in a certain frame of reference. The deformation process is first considered in a single Cartesian coordinate system, and then in a cylindrical coordinate system, the use of which is more appropriate for axisymmetric deformation. It is assumed that the functions of the Euler coordinates from the Lagrange coordinates are obtained by approximating the experimental data.

One of the promising areas of improvement and intensification of technological processes of food production is the use of ultrasound. Current research shows that ultrasound can play an important role at all stages of the food life cycle. Ultrasound depending on the mode of ultrasonic treatment, the degree of supersaturation of the solution, the temperature factor, etc. can significantly accelerate the process of denaturation of organic compounds. The range of application of ultrasound in the production of meat products by industrial means today is quite wide and includes: acceleration of maturation of raw meat, tendering of meat, its ambassador, heat treatment. The essence of the process of tendering meat with ultrasound is the use of ultrasonic vibrations to destroy the connective tissues of meat, thereby increasing its tenderness regardless of the process of maturation of meat, its appearance or processing conditions. Partial destruction and softening of tissue structures makes it possible to improve the consistency, juiciness, increase the permeability of pickles and accelerate enzymatic processes. The main goal of the research is to determine the impact of ultrasonic treatment on the quality and safety of meat products in the process of technological processing. The innovation of the work is the modernization of the stage of raw meat preparation due to the introduction of a flowing ultrasonic processor in the cooking apparatus. Ultrasonic radiation is applied during heat treatment, which improves the quality of the shot product and reduces cooking time. Acceleration of cooking is due to the rupture of the fibers at the cellular level.\u0000\u0000In the course of the work, an experimental study of the effect of ultrasound on raw meat was conducted.
