Kadioğlu","doi":"10.17100/nevbiltek.778678","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.17100/nevbiltek.778678","url":null,"abstract":"The detailed nomenclature and descriptions of the minerals can be made with the aid of a polarizing microscope on the thin section and by powdering with the X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) method. In both methods, minerals are damaged and require serious knowledge and experience. In Raman spectroscopy without any destruction of the sample, the spectra formed as a result of differences in the wavelength of the scattered light compared to the wavelength of the light that interacts with the molecule by being sent on the mineral can reflect the identity of the mineral. The spectra, which consist of the molecular composition difference of each mineral, can also reflect the changes of the measured mineral. Furthermore, in addition to mineral naming, fresh and altered mineral differences are also distinguished by this method. In this study, Raman spectroscopic definitions of plagioclase, orthoclase, anorthoclase, biotite, phlogopite and garnet minerals were made using the Raman spectroscopy method and comments were made on the origin of the rock from which they were formed. Bu calismada Mersin Cimsatas firmasindan temin edilen fan tozunun fritle hazirlanan seramik sirlarina farkli oranlarda ilave edilmesi ile sirlarda renklendirici olarak degerlendirilebilirligi incelenmistir. Fan tozu ham ve 1000-1100 ℃’de kalsine edilerek sirlara eklenmis ve farkli sicakliklarda sinterlenmistir. Sinterleme sonrasi numunelerin L-a*-b* renk parametreleri incelenmistir. Gerec ve Yontem: Arastirma dahiliye poliklinigine basvuran DM’lu hastalarla yapildi. Arastirma orneklemini 01 Ocak 2013-01 Şubat 2013 tarihleri arasinda Ic Anadolu Bolgesinde bir Devlet Hastanesi dahiliye poliklinigine basvuran 152 DM tanisi olan hasta olusturdu. Verilerin toplanmasinda anket formu kullanildi. Veriler Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) 20.0 paket programi ile sayi-yuzde ve ki-kare testi kullanilarak degerlendirildi. Bulgular: Calismada DM’lu hastalarin %27.6’sinin TAT kullandigi, %20.4’sinin kullandigi TAT yonteminin diyet destegi oldugu, % 78.5’inin kan sekeri olcumlerinde kan sekerinin dustugunu gozlemledigi, cinsiyet, yas, medeni durum, egitim durumu, dogum yeri, gelir durumu, meslek, ikamet yeri, aile tipi ve DM disinda kronik hastalik bulunma durumu ile TAT kullanma durumu arasinda istatistiksel olarak anlamli iliski bulunmamistir(p>0.05). Sonuc: DM’lu hastalar TAT yontemi kullanmaktadir. Boylelikle XRD analizinde uygun yuzey kosulunun belirlenmesi hedeflenmistir. Bu amac dogrultusunda, alasimli kuresel grafitli dokme demire 900°C’de 2 saat ostenitleme ve 375°C’deki tuz banyosunda 2 saat ostemperleme ve ardindan oda sicakligina havada sogutma islemi uygulanmistir. Isil islem sonrasi dort esit parcaya ayrilarak farkli yuzey kosullarinda hazirlanan numuneler optik ve SEM ile incelenmis, XRD analizleri yapilmis ve makro sertlik olcumleri gerceklestirilmistir. XRD yontemiyle yuksek karbonlu ostenit faz hacim orani olcumlerinde farkli yuzey kosullarinin ostenit faz hacim orani olcumu uzerinde oldukca etkili oldugu gozlemlenmistir. Cinse ait taksonlar meyve agaci ve peyzaj amacli kullanima ek olarak tibbi amacla da kullanilmaktadir. Bu calismada Antalya- Isparta ve Burdur illerinde dogal yayilis gosteren Crataegus taksonlari, dogada bolluk ve genclesme durumlari, lokasyon ozellikleri, standart toprak analizleri, bazi morfolojik ve biyokimyasal olcum sonuclari; cicek capi (mm) ve kumedeki sayisi (adet), yaprak eni (mm), boyu (mm) ve rengi (L, a, b, c, H°), meyve eni (mm), boyu (mm), rengi (L, a, b, c, H°), agirligi (g), suda cozunen kuru madde (%), pH, toplam asitlik (%), nem (%), kul (%), tohum sayisi (adet) ve tohum agirligi (g) degerleri belirlenmistir. Dogada bolluk bakimindan C. monogyna var. monogyna Jacq ve C. orentalis subsp. orientalis Pall. Ex M. Bieb. (Sari meyveli), genclesme bakimindan ise C. azarolus L. taksonlari on plana cikmistir. Olcum ve analiz sonuclari taksonlar ve genotipler bazinda degisiklikler gostermis, meyve buyuklugu C. orentalis subsp. orientalis Pall. Ex M. Bieb. ve C. azarolus var. azarolus L. taksonlarinda daha iri bulunmustur. For this purpose, different doses (0, 1, 2, 4 and 8 mM) of OA solution were applied 7 days before optimal harvest stage. Fruit, harvested at optimum stage (firm ripe stage), transported to the postharvest physiology laboratory, immediately. Harvested fruit were kept at room (20±1°C) temperature and 50–60% relative humidity conditions for 8 days for shelf life evaluation. During storage period, some physical and chemical analyses (weight loss, fruit firmness, soluble solids content, titratable acidity fruit color, ethylene production and respiration rate ) were performed at 2-day intervals. As a result, all doses of OA gave better results than control group in terms of some quality parameters.
