Charging station network is the key infrastructure for the deployment of PHEVs and EVs in the future. In turn, charging service makes a new domain for doing business. In this paper, we propose a multi-period dynamic optimization model for charging service station. A dynamic nonlinear mathematical model for an objective function (i.e., maximum revenue) is built. A heuristic algorithm for narrowing search space is proposed to solve the problem of large curse of dimensionality. By using dynamic programming heuristic algorithm, the authors characterize the performance of optimal power allocation to PHEVs/EVs problem for PHEVs/EVs charging service station, and compare it with that of other methods. The simulation is completed using MATLAB. The optimal route computed by the pedestrian network can be used as wayfinding cues and provide pedestrians with route guidance. Currently, pedestrian network generation methods do not take into account the randomness of walking behaviors, cannot generate the off-road route segments and provide accurate route guidance. In this study, we proposed an approach for generating pedestrian network based on improved navigation graph. First, walking environment was regarded as the space with obstacles. The generation method of navigation points was improved to process the global concave vertices in polygon obstacles. Then, the optimization method of navigation points based on mergence area was proposed to effectively reduce the number of navigation points. Finally, the generation algorithm of navigation edges based on the dynamic cone-shaped sweep was proposed to generate sparse navigation edges. The experiment results showed that this approach can generate the improved navigation graph which data size can be largely reduced. The pedestrian network represented by the improved navigation graph can provide pedestrians with accurate route guidance. In practice, however, earthquake related data are complex and coming from various sources, making it difficult to obtain the detailed data in the incomplete information regions. Existing popular assessment methods usually need lots of detailed data, which will delay the evaluation time and miss the gold rescue time. Based on the similar theory and the historical earthquake cases, this paper proposed a novel case matching approach for earthquake loss assessment in the area of incomplete information. The proposed approach first identified earthquake influence factors through analyzing ninety-two historical earthquake cases, and then gave the weight of each factor by using the analysis hierarchy process (AHP) method. Finally, it matched the best similar earthquake case and estimated the deaths and the disaster level according to the similar earthquake case. Three representative earthquakes are presented as case studies to evaluate the proposed approach. The results show that, the proposed method can rapid loss evaluation results without detailed data. The finite characteristic ratio L, the ratio of a material internal measurement which represents statistic mechanical properties of a geo-material to the material external measurement, is considered as a phenomenological variable concerned with irrecoverable process; furthermore, the FCRT constitutive model for dilatancy of sand is originally proposed, and the accurate determination method of the only four nonelastic material parameters in the model are presented based on the deformation feature of sand. The dilative shearing hardening response of sand is described correctly; especially, the relationship among the responses of sands with different particle size is initially formed upon the FCRT model. It is now becoming somewhat a critical important standard. However, high Peak Average Power Ratio (PAPR) is a key issue in OFDM systems. It resulted the lowering of power efficiency. Conventionally OFDM can be implemented using Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT) technique that usually adopts modulation either Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK), Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) or Quadrature Amplitude Modulation (QAM). In the study, OFDM systems employing DFT, Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT) and Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) had been investigated by means of computer simulation. The main aim is to assess the enactment of the Bit Error Rate (BER) and PAPR in OFDM system. The performance of the system was assessed in the occurrence of Additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN) as well as incorporating multipath fading as the channel impairments. The acquired preliminary findings show that the DWT technique outperforms DFT and DCT. Entropy is one of possible ways to analyze the information which is fuzzy and random. In order to analyze the entropy in a more precise way, this paper presents an analytical approach which uses information field-based fuzzy entropy to define the distance of information transferring function and expected information. Using the cross information and information transferring theory, this approach extends the single information source to multi-information sets adopting the fuzzy theory. Based on this approach, it is observed that, the information field entropy not only includes the independent fuzzy entropy and Shannon entropy, but also includes the cross-part. That reveals a fuzzy variable which has two independent parts: relative independent fuzziness and randomicity as well as the combanability. Additionally, when the fuzziness disappears, the information field-based entropy will be degenerated to Shannon Entropy. A method that use web crawler crawl forest management web and extract expert knowledge in them is put forward in this paper, to solve the problem. This method limit the web crawler, and it is adopted to grasp the knowledge related to forest management and to extract the expert knowledge therein, enriching knowledge base of expert decision support system. Crawling web priority is calculated by reliability value, and Pearson correlation is used to make sure that the collected knowledge is related to forest management. The knowledge of forest management is extracted and repetitive knowledge is removed on the basis of collecting knowledge. Included angle cosine and Euclidean distance are used in this method to avoid acquit duplicate content. This paper first explore the DL problem using the newly emergence methods-the proximal splitting methods, such as the iterative shrinkage-thresholding algorithm (ISTA), the fast ISTA (FISTA) and the augmented Lagrange multiplier method (ALMM). Then propose a calculation method, called proximal operator splitting, to split the proximal operator with multi-constraints into several sub-proximal operator. Using this method, the existing proximal splitting methods can be easily extended to deal with the DL problem with multi-constraints. Experiments show that ALMM is a more efficient method than ISTA and FISTA. At last, compare the learned dictionaries of ALMM with the state-of-the-art methods, K-SVD and Majorization. On the other hand it is possible that documents might be mistakenly destroyed by someone. Another useful application of this type is in the field of forensics and archeology for the restoring of the ancient documents. To reduce the availability of information documents are shredded. The advent of new and effective ways has developed a convenient way for the people to get rid of important information so that it could not get into the hands of others. It includes the use of shredder to render the information on the pages useless and usually eliminating of proof is been practiced. The same scenario has been dealt hereby and an efficient way of rearranging those strips, known as shreds, to recreate the original document is been designed. This paper presents an efficient way of reconstructing the documents by genetic algorithm which is an extended version of memetic algorithm by emerging the variable neighborhood search (VNS). This computer based algorithm deals with an input of multiple shreds of a single page, which are to be rearranged in order to make the text on it understandable. A few Image Processing techniques are been used to get back what was intended to be destroyed. This consumes less time as compared to manual rearranging with promising results in a form of Image.
