Ayurveda says fertility factors are Ritu, kshetra, ambu and beeja. Any ailments in any of these four fac-tors are causes of infertility. Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of chronic anovula-tion associated with hyperandrogenism. PCOS is responsible for more than half of infertility in women. An obese woman suffers mental stress due to obesity, and if she suffers from PCOS, it leads to infertility. At pre-sent, PCOS is treated by hormonal therapy, anti–diabetic, symptomatic treatment and surgical drilling. They may lead to obesity. Herbal medicines, according to Ayurveda, followed by Shodhana karma like ANUVASANA-BASTI, can be a great benefit in PCOS. In Charak Samhita, lekhaniyadashemani, which is a group of 10 drugs, acts by scraping, scratching, or by removal of the excess Doshas. In this regard, the Lekhana drug could be ef-fective in reducing obesity. Considering this view, Lekhaniyagana savasana basti has been selected for treating PCOS. This study focuses on the effect of LEKHANIYAGANA SIDDHA TAILAANUVASANABASTI on PCOS. We have compared the effects of Kuberakshavati and Lekhaniyagana siddha Anuvasana basti on 30 patients for three months. By comparing both the drugs given for PCOS, we have concluded that Shodhanachikitsa, followed by Shamana chikitsa, helps in treating PCOS.

It\u0000is probably related to migraine, which is a significant health issue among people of the age group 20-50 years. A\u0000migraine is a headache that often affects one side of the head and can be extremely painful, throbbing, or pulsating. It frequently occurs with high sensitivity to light, sound, nausea, and vomiting. Migraine affects an estimated\u0000more than 10% of people worldwide and is about three times more common in women than in men. Considering\u0000the suffering brought on by both chronic and acute migraine attacks, this study was carried out since conventional\u0000medicine only treats symptomatically and is unable to provide specific management. In this study, Yastimadhu\u0000taila nasya (nasal drops) was done for seven days in 9 patients between the age group 20 to 50 years. A significant\u0000improvement was seen on the 8th day and was maintained after a month, assessed by grading and scoring methods.

This is a recognised issue that affects fertility. Several medications are available in\u0000contemporary medicine to manage it, but the results are unsatisfactory. The earliest systematic medical system,\u0000Ayurveda, describes many treatment etiquettes for Raktapradara in its texts. We present here a case study of a 35-\u0000year-old female patient who had been bleeding excessively during the menstrual period for more than five years.\u0000The case was diagnosed as DUB. She approached our hospital after failing to get improvement from modern medicine. She was treated with medication prescribed in Ayurveda. This case study demonstrates the competency of\u0000Ayurveda treatment for DUB compared to different treatment protocols.
