Ayurveda says fertility factors are Ritu, kshetra, ambu and beeja. Any ailments in any of these four fac-tors are causes of infertility. Polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is the most common cause of chronic anovula-tion associated with hyperandrogenism. PCOS is responsible for more than half of infertility in women. An obese woman suffers mental stress due to obesity, and if she suffers from PCOS, it leads to infertility. At pre-sent, PCOS is treated by hormonal therapy, anti–diabetic, symptomatic treatment and surgical drilling. They may lead to obesity. Herbal medicines, according to Ayurveda, followed by Shodhana karma like ANUVASANA-BASTI, can be a great benefit in PCOS. In Charak Samhita, lekhaniyadashemani, which is a group of 10 drugs, acts by scraping, scratching, or by removal of the excess Doshas. In this regard, the Lekhana drug could be ef-fective in reducing obesity. Considering this view, Lekhaniyagana savasana basti has been selected for treating PCOS. This study focuses on the effect of LEKHANIYAGANA SIDDHA TAILAANUVASANABASTI on PCOS. We have compared the effects of Kuberakshavati and Lekhaniyagana siddha Anuvasana basti on 30 patients for three months. By comparing both the drugs given for PCOS, we have concluded that Shodhanachikitsa, followed by Shamana chikitsa, helps in treating PCOS.

It\u0000is probably related to migraine, which is a significant health issue among people of the age group 20-50 years. A\u0000migraine is a headache that often affects one side of the head and can be extremely painful, throbbing, or pulsating. It frequently occurs with high sensitivity to light, sound, nausea, and vomiting. Migraine affects an estimated\u0000more than 10% of people worldwide and is about three times more common in women than in men. Considering\u0000the suffering brought on by both chronic and acute migraine attacks, this study was carried out since conventional\u0000medicine only treats symptomatically and is unable to provide specific management. In this study, Yastimadhu\u0000taila nasya (nasal drops) was done for seven days in 9 patients between the age group 20 to 50 years. A significant\u0000improvement was seen on the 8th day and was maintained after a month, assessed by grading and scoring methods.

The earliest systematic medical system,\u0000Ayurveda, describes many treatment etiquettes for Raktapradara in its texts. We present here a case study of a 35-\u0000year-old female patient who had been bleeding excessively during the menstrual period for more than five years.\u0000The case was diagnosed as DUB. Psoriasis is a chronic, recurrent, inflammatory disease of the skin\u0000of unknown origin, characterised by well-circumscribed erythematous, dry plaques of various sizes covered with\u0000scales. The Prevalence of Psoriasis varies across countries, ranging from 0.09-11.43%. Globally, it is estimated\u0000that at least 100 million individuals are affected by Psoriasis. In India, the reported incidence varies from 0.44-\u00002.8% among skin disorders, with an overall incidence of 1.02%. In Ayurveda, various skin diseases are classified\u0000under the broad category of Kushta. Features of Psoriasis resemble multiple types of Kushta. Hence, this clinical\u0000study of Virechana with Triphaladi Choorna was taken to assess its efficacy in this disease. The assessment used\u0000parameters like PASI Score, Auspitz sign, and Candle grease sign. Objectives: To evaluate the effect of\u0000Virechana with Triphaladi Choorna in the management of Psoriasis. Methods: This is an open-label clinical\u0000study with pre-test and post-test design wherein 20 patients diagnosed with Psoriasis and fulfilling the selection\u0000criteria in the age group of 18 – 70 years of either gender were selected from the OPD/IPD. Results: The study\u0000showed a statistically significant result in decrement in PASI Score with a change from before treatment to after\u0000follow-up. Integrative medicine has no proper treatment, so an\u0000attempt is made with ancient medicine. A case of 17year male patient came to Shalakya OPD at Dr B R K R Govt.\u0000Ayurvedic College and Hospital with complaints of blurred vision in both eyes, double vision (Rt>lt) and also\u0000itching sensation and giddiness while rotating head for eight months and diagnosed with keratoconus at the previous\u0000hospital where he has consulted before. In Ayurveda, there is no direct reference to keratoconus; based on the\u0000symptoms, it can be considered Vataja Timira, a Drishtigata netra roga. This can be correlated to the advanced\u0000condition of keratoconus, considering Vata dosha involvement. The plan of treatment for this is Vatahara and\u0000Brumhana Chikitsa. Firstly, Snehapana followed by Shodhana chikitsa like Virechana, Nasya and Samana chikitsa\u0000like Saptamruta lauha, Triphala ghruta orally, Kriyakalpa procedure like Akshitarpana, Putapaka, Pindi and Seka.\u0000Treatment has been given for three months, and the subject has reported reduced symptoms and showed signs of\u0000improvement in vision. Despite many surgical and conservative measures available in modern science, sufferers are not satisfied because treatments are not\u0000cost-effective, they have more extended hospital stays, and they have a high reoccurrence rate. In Ayurvedic classics, many formulations are mentioned; Kutaja Kalka is among them, which is indicated in Mutrashmari as mentioned by Bhav Prakash. Material and\u0000method 30 patients were selected based on the inclusive and exclusive criteria study was analysed using Friedman’s test and Wilcoxon signed rank test, Cochran q test, and McNamara test. Result: Kutaja kalka showed significant results in relief of the abdomen, burning micturition, haematuria, and reduction in the size of the calculi.\u0000Conclusion: This preparation of kutaja kalka is simple, easy to administer, free from side effects and has good\u0000therapeutic efficacy.
