The research was conducted using measuring instruments such as the PS2-4000 Controller on a PATS system with a capacity of 5940 Wp, Autodesk Inventor 2022, Microsoft excel, and Rstudio. The independent variables used were the level of solar irradiation and rotational speed obtained every day for two weeks from 07.00 – 17.00. The dependent variable is obtained from a literature study and the PATS system used. The PATS system uses a LORENTZ PS2-4000 C-SJ17-4 centrifugal submersible pump and a PLTS with a capacity of 5940 Wp with a static head design of 20 m. Data collection was carried out based on actual data taken at the installation location of the PATS system and the velocity triangle analysis approach based on pump geometry. Data collection at the location was carried out using the pump controller PS2-4000 and COMPASS software. Data processing is done using Excel and Rstudio software. The results of data processing will be presented in the form of a curve that explains the relationship between the two or three variables studied. Based on this curve, results and conclusions can be obtained regarding the effect of solar irradiation and rotational speed on the efficiency of centrifugal submersible pumps in solar water pump systems. This research uses traffic data containing inbound and outbound data with two split time which are in off-peak and on-peak hours. The data is obtained through one of the local server in Palembang. Previous research informed that the C-RAN model get optimal benefit if Internet Service Provider (ISP) applies it. The improvement of the model is to be conducted using two utility function to seek for improved solutions. The new proposed model has best solution that has been improved using an isoelastic utility function of flat-fee financing type with an objective value obtained of 1.83333 with 17 iterations. This study aimed to assess the agricultural soil for heavy metal contamination after the 2020 Taal volcano eruption. The agricultural soil samples were collected from Cuenca and Talisay, Batangas and Tagaytay City, Cavite and were submitted to a laboratory for arsenic, cadmium and mercury detection and quantification. The detected metal concentrations were compared to the standard values of the Department of Environmental and Natural Resources for arsenic and United States Environmental Protection Agency for cadmium and mercury for soil samples while for the water samples, the standard values of Department of Environment and Natural sources were used. The soil from Talisay, Batangas had two-fold arsenic increase while the samples from Tagaytay City, Cavite had one-fold elevation. Cadmium and mercury in the soil and water were within the acceptable level in the three municipalities. The arsenic contamination of the soil post-volcanic eruption was probably due to the direction of the wind during the eruption, the amount of ashfall and groundwater contamination. Pain intensity is the most often domain which assessed in clinical and research settings. Loeser suggests that four elements need to be considered when evaluating patients with pain. Based on the biopsychosocial approach and the concept of pain from Loeser, a pain assessment was made and called \"Alternative Method of Quantitative Pain Assessment (MAPKN)\". This study was conducted on 415 pain patients consisting of 163 nociceptive pain, 119 mixed pain, and 133 neuropathic pain. In the nociceptive pain group, MAPKN showed sensitivity 92.59%, specificity 96.43%, AUC 0,959 and a p value <0.001. In the mixed pain group, MAPKN showed sensitivity 98.17%, specificity 80.00%, AUC 0,836 and a p -value of 0.001. In the neuropathic pain group, MAPKN showed sensitivity 92.06%, specificity of 85.71%, AUC 0,951 and a p<0.001. The AUC value of 0.959 (96%) indicates that the diagnostic value of the MAPKN score in assessing pain intensity in the nociceptive pain group is excellent (>90%-100%). AUC value of 0.836 (83%) indicates that the diagnostic value of the MAPKN score in assessing pain intensity in the mixed pain group is good (> 80%-90%). The AUC value of 0.951 (95%) indicates that the diagnostic value of the MAPKN score in assessing pain intensity in the neuropathic pain group is excellent (>90%-100%). This is in accordance with research conducted by Eka Pranata 2004 that MAPKN has strong discriminant validity in assessing pain intensity. The field study was carried out with the use of a questionnaire distributed to students enrolled in the THP at the Applied College, Al-Ula Branch. SPSS 25 was used to do a statistical analysis of the gathered data. The study's found that students in the THP utilize the Bbs functionalities to study their courses, resulting in a low degree of benefit from the Bbs. We applied five different machine learning algorithms, namely Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (Linear Kernel), Support Vector Machine (Polynomial Kernel), K-Nearest Neighbors, and Naïve Bayes. These algorithms were tested using 10-fold cross validation and simulated various parameter tuning values. The results show that the Random Forest algorithm produces the best accuracy and kappa statistics values, so this algorithm is suitable for modeling predictive data of students graduating on time. The study posed three research questions and tested two hypotheses. The study is a descriptive survey design with the population consisting of all 68 public senior secondary schools in Lagos state Education District V and 31,703 Islamic Religious Studies Students. A Sample of 400 SS II Islamic religious studies students were selected using Simple random sampling technique in 10 randomly selected schools for this study. Descriptive analysis was used to answer the research questions and lineal Regression was used to test hypotheses at α=0.05 level of significance. The study found that the level of Parental Support, Achievement Motivation and Academic Performance were all high among senior secondary schools Islamic Studies Students in Lagos State. Also that Parental Support and Achievement Motivation does not have significant influence on the Academic Performance of senior secondary schools Islamic Studies Students in Lagos State. A way to minimize this issue is by promoting a circular economy through recycling. Despite this, many plastic wastes cannot be economically recycled; one of them is multilayer plastics due to the difficulty in sorting out the various types of materials contained in the layers. As an alternative, it may be possible to utilize multilayer plastic as a bitumen mixture; this method may avoid the separation process entirely. Bitumen is a component of asphalt, which is crucial to the construction of infrastructure. Plastics can potentially enhance the properties of modified bitumen, and they would assist in enhancing the quality of the asphalt. The aim of this study is to examine the impact of multilayer waste plastics on bitumen fabricated by the hot-mixing process. To enhance the compatibility between hydrophobic plastic and hydrophilic bitumen, lignin was used as a compatibilizer. The properties of bitumen with 3, 4, and 5 wt.% multilayer plastic and mixing times of 15, 30, and 45 minutes were evaluated. Bali Mandara Eye Hospital has implemented information technology in the registration process and bill issuance from 2015. Electronic Medical Record is a new application that will be implemented in 2021 at Bali Mandara Eye Hospital. Electronic Medical Record is a computerized system for recording patient health history. The implementation of electronic medical records at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital for 1 year has many problems both in terms of regulations, systems and users. Therefore, the DeLone and McLean methods are used to determine the success rate of the implementation of electronic medical records. In this method, research is conducted on 6 variables, namely System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Intention of Use, User Satisfaction and Net Benefits. From each variable, the researcher combines indicators from other researchers that are more appropriate for measuring electronic medical records. The results obtained that all statements submitted are valid. The success rate of electronic medical records at the Bali Mandara Eye Hospital was obtained at 3.22 or 80.50%. Bay leaves contain secondary metabolites that are known to have antibacterial properties. The secondary metabolites produced are influenced by several factors, including the growth area and the extraction solvent. The main causative bacteria in nosocomial infections are Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli. This study aimed to evaluate the antibacterial activity of bay leaf extract against the two gram-negative bacteria. The maceration method and 70% ethanol were used to extract bay leaves. The antibacterial activity was evaluated using the disc diffusion method. The extract exhibits the widest zone of inhibition (11.91±0,84 mm) at 100% of concentration against Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
