To construct a building energy consumption monitoring system is an effective way to find out the situation of the building energy consumption and go forward to make better decisions to solve the energy problem. Many related technologies and methods have been proposed, and this paper will focus on the data organization of the monitoring system. Firstly, a method to carry on data classification according to the features of the data is introduced, and then the tree structure is used for the data organization and data processing. The data is organized in ordinary tree structure in the database and on the webpages. While in data processing, it will be transformed to Binary tree. Meanwhile, the tree structure is also useful to solve the data security problem. However, it shall help to reduce the repetitive managements, greatly promote the efficiency of standardization management, easily implement the networking online management and improve the scientific level of management to integrate the three standard systems above as one single management system. For this purpose, the method of constructing a vector-space-model based integrated management system is proposed and oriented to the systems of quality, environment and occupational safety and health. As a result, the method can relatively accurately recognize the index similarity of the existed three management systems and reduce the difficulty of human recognition and labor intensity to a great extent. The paper puts forward a design program combining Modbus communication protocol with 32-bit ARM Coretx-M0 microprocessor as its core. The overall design scheme of the system and the content of Modbus Communication Protocol are introduced while the circuit interface of RS485 is given; The embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-II implements the communication between master station and slave station based on Modbus RTU communication protocol, and discusses the generation of Cyclic Redundancy Check in the Modbus Communication Protocol. Its purpose is to satisfy production constraints on time, cost and quality while optimizing some performance indexes like cycle-time, movement, WIP and etc. However, due to complexities of semiconductor manufacturing system, conventional technologies and/or methods are hard to solve this kind of scheduling problem. A new scheduling approach based on simulation based optimization (SBO) is proposed in this paper. For the issue of the high computational cost including both CPU time and memory space which could hinder the application of SBO scheduling in practice, a distributed/parallel architecture is discussed. Since every system evolves, the evolution has become a significant characteristic of SoS. The Agent, a self-adaptive entity, which has the perception, adaption and reaction to the changes of the environment, operates in a dynamic environment. Consequently, a method to research the evolutionary optimization of SoS based on Agent model is proposed. Since each Agent is optimized autonomously, the Agents can adopt different optimization method according to their characteristics. This is a method called “from bottom to top”, which is suitable for solving the problem of large complex systems. Finally, the conclusions are given. Due to the importance, the paper surveys broadly the relevant researches, digests their essentials, and then reorganizes the theory with a plain explanation. Sought first to provide a literal comprehension of SVR-SMO, the paper reforms the mathematical development with a framework of unified and non-interrupted derivations together with appropriate illustrations to visually clarify the key ideas. The development is also examined by an alternative viewpoint. The cross-examination achieves the foundation of the development more solid, and leads to a consistent suggestion of a straightforward generalized algorithm. To shorten the path planning time, the obstacles in the captured image are clustered into smaller groups firstly. Being a roadmap method for path generation, the fuzzy inference mechanism is employed consecutively. To smooth the planned path, a novel algorithm based on second fuzzy inference mechanism is proposed to move the rough waypoints. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed system, some simulations are carried out. Two irrelevant Markov chains are introduced to describe Markov data transmission pattern in both from sensors to controller (S/C) part and from controller to actuators (C/A) part, then a Markovian jump system model is established. By employing mode-dependent fault detection filter as residual generator, fault detection of nonlinear NCSs is formulated as nonlinear H∞ filtering problem. Furthermore, Lyapunov function approach is used to derive the sufficient condition which satisfies the stochastic stability and prescribed H∞ attenuation level simultaneously. Especially, the desired mode-dependent fault detection filters are constructed in terms of certain linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), and explicit parameters are characterized if these LMIs are feasible.
