Secondly, we use per capital floor space of urban residential buildings and non-agricultural population as basic data to predicts Beijing's total housing supply from 2014 to 2016. Finally, we use grey GM (1, 1) model predict the number and the area of low rent housings' supply target in Beijing.","PeriodicalId":165836,"journal":{"name":"Business Intelligence and Financial Engineering","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128802118","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At last, the software realization frame work is presented. The data-mining of the enterprise’s native information is very important for its decision and the CRM study should include the enterprise’s native information and should compare their native and exterior information. The example is discussed in the data-mining of customers’ information and the employees’ information.","PeriodicalId":165836,"journal":{"name":"Business Intelligence and Financial Engineering","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125573198","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ji, Jinsheng Shen, Xiangyu Han","doi":"10.1109/BIFE.2009.98","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/BIFE.2009.98","url":null,"abstract":"This paper studies how to coordinate a supply chain consisting of one supplier and one retailer with nonlinear price-demand function under market demand disruptions. Different from conventional research on channel coordination, it mainly focuses on how the demand disruption affects the coordination of the supply chain in which production cost is a convex function of production quantity It shows that the original production plan of the supply chain has certain robustness under centralized-decision system. For the decentralized-decision system, the coordination scheme designed for initially estimated market demand needs to be revised. To resolve this issue, an adjusted revenue sharing contract is presented, and it is proved that the supply chain can be fully coordinated by the adjusted revenue sharing contract.","PeriodicalId":165836,"journal":{"name":"Business Intelligence and Financial Engineering","volume":"82 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122641298","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
