Kurutma isleminde amac, numunenin kalitesini korurken zaman ve enerji tuketimini azaltmak olmalidir. Bu calismada deneysel bir dondurarak kurutma sisteminin enerji ve ekserji analizi yapilmistir. Bu calismada bir sogutma sisteminde R404A ve alternatifi olnan R454C sogutucu akiskanlarinin enerji ve cevresel analizi yapilmistir. Analizler 5 farkli evaporator sicakligi (-15 oC ile +5 oC) ve bir kondenser sicakligi (35 oC) icin yapilmistir. R454C’nin COP degeri R404A’dan yaklasik olarak %4.0 oraninda daha yuksektir. R454C’nin LCCP degeri R404A’dan biraz dusuktur (yaklasik %3.5). Sogutma sistemlerinin karbon ayak izinin azaltilmasinda sogutucu akiskanlarin GWP oraninin dusuk olmasi tek basina cozum degildir. İlk yöntemde görüntüdeki nesnelerin renk özellikleri kullanılmaktadır. İkinci yöntemde ise şekil özellikleri kullanılmaktadır. Öncelikle görüntü üzerindeki nesneler 2 girişli ve 6 çıkışlı bir yarışmacı öğrenme ağı ile kümelendirilerek belirlenmektedir. Daha sonra sunulan yöntemlerden biri kullanılarak nesnelerden farklı olan tespit edilmektedir. Deneysel çalışmalarda 80 farklı nesne ve 160 farklı görüntü kullanılmıştır. Renk özelliklerini kullanan yöntem %90 başarı elde etmiştir. Şekil özelliklerini kullanan yöntem %73.75 başarı elde etmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlar birbirleriyle karşılaştırılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Abstract: In this study, two different methods which detect different one from objects in an image are presented. In the first method, colour properties of objects in image are used. In the second method, shape properties are used. Firstly, objects in image are determined by clustering using a competitive learning network with 2 inputs and 6 outputs. Then, different one from objects is detected by using one of presented methods. 80 different objects and 160 different images are used in experimental studies. The method using the colour properties achieved 90% success. The method using the shape properties achieved 73.75% success. Obtained results were evaluated by comparing each other. Also, clustering performance of competitive learning network was examined. Calismada R32, R410A, R407C, R245fa, R290, R507A, R717, R1234yf ve R1234ze sogutucu akiskanlari kullanilmistir. Analizde EES (Engineering Equation Solver) programi kullanilmistir. Sistemin farkli calisma parametreleri icin COP ve ekserji verimleri karsilastirilmistir. En yuksek COP ve ekserji verimi R717 sogutucu akiskani ile calisan sistemde sirasi ile 5.358 ve 0.7069 olarak bulunmustur. En dusuk COP ve ekserji verimi R407C sogutucu akiskani ile calisan sistemde sirasi ile 4.165 ve 0.5496 olarak bulunmustur. Sogutma sistemini olusturan her bir elemanin ekserji kayiplari belirlenmistir. {"title":"Determination of Seasonal Variation of Air Pollution in Rize Province by Using a Type of Biomonitor Moss Hypnum cupressiforme","authors":"Nilay Akçay","doi":"10.35354/tbed.509746","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35354/tbed.509746","url":null,"abstract":"In this study, in order to determine the level of seasonal heavy metal pollution in Rize province, by placing Hypnum cupresiforme (a species of moss) samples into twelwe stations, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Pb and Al concentrations were determined by using EDXRF Spectrometer (Epsilon 5, PANanalytical). The mean concentrations of Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Pb and Al were found to be 9.5 µg.g -1 , 2370 µg.g -1 , 5.4 µg.g -1 , 15.9 µg.g -1 , 5.3 µg.g -1 and 3712 µg.g -1 , respectively. These levels were compared to mean values obtained from the other studies in Turkey. In this study, Al value was higher than the mean values obtained from the national studies, whereas Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu and Pb values were found to be lower.
