Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this research is the financial statements of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, and the sample for this research is the financial report of PT. Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2019-2023 period. The data collection technique used is financial ratios, namely liquidity ratios using the current ratio, activity ratios using working capital turnover, and profitability ratios using Net Profit Margin (NPM). The research results show that efficient use of working capital can increase company profitability. The results of data analysis from the assessment of each ratio can be concluded that the liquidity ratio using the current ratio calculation can be said to be quite good during the 2019-2023 period. The activity ratio using working capital turnover calculations is said to be good during the 2019-2021 period, but in the 2022-2023 period the activity ratio is categorized as not good. Profitability ratios using NPM obtained fluctuating results during the 2019-2023 period. The type of research used is qualitative with the source of informants being 5 people each from small businesses who have different marketing methods in terms of product sales in East Luwu Regency. The data collection technique was carried out in two aspects, namely primary and secondary. The data collected is then processed and analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods, to provide an overview, explanation, understanding and conclusions. The results of the research show that banana chips business actors in East Luwu Regency already understand creative economic literacy with the knowledge they have, they can act or behave in accordance with the knowledge they have gained from the learning process and from training. They run their business with the knowledge they get from the process of selecting raw materials to how they market their products. This research uses a qualitative method taking the research location in Anabanua Village, Maniangpajo District, Wajo Regency. Determination of subjects and informants in this study is by using the snow ball technique. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the economic conditions of entrepreneurial actors in Anabanua Village, Maniangpajo Subdistrict, Wajo Regency have high psychological capital so that economic conditions in the family have the potential to increase. However, there is one informant who has a psychological capital problem, namely low self-efficacy so that economic conditions in the family have the potential to decline. The aim of this research is to find out whether wages, productivity and capital influence labor absorption in egg-laying chicken farming businesses in Sidrap Regency, which is known as one of the largest egg-laying chicken producing districts in South Sulawesi. The method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this research consisted of 85 egg-laying chicken farming business units in Sidrap Regency. Sampling was carried out by taking the entire population considering that the population was less than 100 units. Research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression. This research data was obtained from the financial reports of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) and the finance.yahoo.com website. The research sample consisted of 10 automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 10 years, namely the 2014-2023 period. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis using the t test and F test methods. The results of the research show that the market risk variable has a significant negative influence on stock returns, business risk has a significant positive influence on stock returns and financial variables. risk has an insignificant negative effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, simultaneously (F test) the independent variables have a significant influence on the stock return variable. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique with a Purposive Sampling approach. Based on the research results, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In testing the classical assumptions, the multicollinearity-free regression model, heteroscedasticity does not occur, and is normally distributed.
