This information system itself aims to help human work to be more efficient and effective. The quality of technology has many aspects that must be measured to evaluate in order to continue to develop. Service is an important aspect that needs to be improved in order to support the applied Information Technology. ITIL as a framework that focuses on the assessment of information technology services was chosen as the method to be applied in this research. The problem that often occurs in this Sinar Hotel is the existence of obstacles in customer data in the Front Office department. Customer data is often not inputted into the system so that customers have to re-enter data and this is time consuming and less efficient. The incoming data also sometimes does not match the customer's personal data which also results in the customer needing to re-enter the data. The Service Operation domain was chosen to assess the extent to which the problem management and incident management processes were implemented properly. The results of this study will produce a recommendation to overcome problems and incidents that often occur in order to facilitate the operational activities of Hotel Sinar.","PeriodicalId":163873,"journal":{"name":"IJCONSIST JOURNALS","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116504823","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Food production is a critical component of food security. Food security must be improved to meet market demand, and one of the fundamental goals of agricultural growth is to provide sufficient quantities of food. Increasing demand for natural resources, as well as environmental issues, are putting pressure on the current agricultural supply chain, which includes agricultural land suitability. Land evaluation is a process of analyzing land resources for specific uses using an established technique or method, and it is required to incorporate land appropriateness. According to the criteria, the findings of land suitability will give information and/or land use guidance. The land's appropriateness might be evaluated in its existing state (actual land suitability) or after changes have been made (potential land suitability). To address these issues, the agricultural sector must transition from traditional agriculture to smart agriculture. One of the technologies and system modeling that drives the current technique to smart agriculture with an integrated approach to evaluate the sustainability of agricultural land suitability is the geographic information system (GIS). The Systematic Literature Review (SLR) from prior investigations is presented in this publication. The articles are divided into two groups based on their approaches: agricultural land appropriateness for rice plants and the application of geographic information systems (GIS), comprising agricultural land suitability, site selection, and effect evaluation. The goal of this research is to determine what criteria are significant in increasing the quality of GIS applications in agriculture. This outcome is expected to assist stakeholders in formulating policies based on the performance of GIS data management in enhancing agricultural productivity and promoting agriculture supply chain management.","PeriodicalId":163873,"journal":{"name":"IJCONSIST JOURNALS","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128167628","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To reduce the effect of this lighting factor, at the pre-processing stage the researchers used contrast adjustments to the image to improve facial recognition performance. The histogram equalization technique is generally used for contrast adjustment because of its excellent performance to normalize image illumination which is affected by lighting conditions. In this research, empirical experiments were carried out to determine the effect of contrast adjustment using histogram equalization on face recognition in more detail. This research aims to answer the question whether this technique can be used in all image lighting conditions or not. The Robust Regression method is used in this research to recognize faces, which in many cases have very good performance due to lighting factors. Experiments using images in the AR Face Database related to lighting factors. The testing process is carried out by comparing the results of face recognition using the histogram equalization technique in the pre-processing phase and face recognition without pre-processing in each lighting condition. The experimental results show that the use of the histogram equalization technique in pre-processing gives a better face recognition performance effect in low, medium and high lighting conditions. But in very high (extreme) lighting conditions, the use of the histogram equalization technique in pre-processing turns out to have a worse facial recognition performance effect, with an average accuracy of 93.17%, whereas without pre-processing it produces an average accuracy of 94 , 67%.","PeriodicalId":163873,"journal":{"name":"IJCONSIST JOURNALS","volume":"41 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133980555","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One of the main factor affect the adoption of e-commerce by SMEs is the enviroment influence. On small business, the process of recording orders and sales transactions was done manually. These lead to customers complaints because they have to wait for a long time to get the product. In addition, the owners of small business find it difficult to know the popular products among customers. Moreover, the companys are eager to reach out to potential customers. Therefore, an e-commerce website is required not only as a solution to all these problems but also as a bridge between the business and their customers. The website was developed using the Scrum method. The application development process required three sprints to complete the seventeen product backlogs. The system testing proved the system is running according to its function and is accepted by the user.","PeriodicalId":163873,"journal":{"name":"IJCONSIST JOURNALS","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129083853","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Various ways have been done to detect this disease, one of which is through the anatomical approach to medical images. In this study, the authors propose a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN)-Extreme Learning Machine (ELM) hybrid algorithm through Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). ELM was chosen because of its superiority in the training process, which is faster than iterative machine learning algorithms, while CNN was chosen to replace the traditional feature extraction process. The result is CNN-ELM, which has 8 filters in the convolution layer and 6000 nodes in the hidden layer, has the best performance compared to CNN-ELM another model which has different number of filters and number of nodes in the hidden layer.
