{"title":"Changes of Sediment Microbial Flora under the Minamibenten Bridge of the Hirano River Sediment Remediation Project","authors":"Satoshi SODA, Naomi KOJIMA","doi":"10.2965/jswe.46.141","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.2965/jswe.46.141","url":null,"abstract":"合流式下水道越流水が流入する平野川では, 底質から発生するガスによって浮上するスカムが問題となっている。本研究では, 大阪府が2021~2022年に実施した底質改善の実証事業の効果を底質微生物叢の変化から検証することを目的とし, 16S rRNA遺伝子を対象とした次世代シーケンサー解析を行った。南弁天橋付近の水深4 mの底質の試験区には, 約二ヵ月ごとに硝酸カルシウムが散布された。底質は極めて嫌気状態にあり, メタン生成古細菌Methanosaeta属が優占し, 硫酸還元細菌は少なかった。河川表層で増殖し, 底質に沈降したと考えられる緑藻の葉緑体DNAも検出された。メタン生成古細菌の優占が継続したが, 試験区の微生物叢は, Betaproteobacteria綱, Methylophilales目, Thiobacillus属の細菌の比率が高くなり, 酸化還元電位の上昇や全硫化物含有量の低下によって特徴づけられた。","PeriodicalId":16300,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Japan Society on Water Environment","volume":"59 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"135355912","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
