(1) Analysis of the influence of Commitments on employee performance, (2) Work Environment on employee performance, (3) Work Discipline on employee performance, (4) Analysis of the Effect of Commitment, Work Environment and Work Discipline and simultaneously on Employee Performance. The population of this study were all employees at the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Pasaman Regency, amounting to 58 people. Samples were taken from all populations, namely 58 people. The analysis method uses multiple regression analysis. Research Results obtained 1) Commitment variables, work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Civil Registration and Civil Registration Service Office of West Pasaman Regency. The contribution of commitment variables, work environment and work discipline to employee performance is 51.6%, while the remaining 48.4% is influenced by other variables not included in the scope of this research. 2. Besides, it is also to find out the processes of how the errors occur on the students’ writing and the causes of the errors. Sources of data were English department students of UNP in the fourth semester that were from four different classes, namely K1, K2, K3, and K4 in which each of the classes consisted of 30 students. So, total of the students was 120 students. However, only 30 students that were chosen randomly as samples of this research. The type of this research was a descriptive research. The data were collected by using writing test and interview. The findings of this research showed that the students’ grammatical errors in using simple present tense were in the use of subject, verb/ predicate, object, complement, and prepositional phrase. Besides, there were also the causes of the students’ errors, namely overgeneralization, ignorance of rule restriction, incomplete application of the rules, dan false concept hypothesized. Kurangnya aktivitas gerak dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran Penjasorkes tersebut kemungkinan disebabkan oleh rendahnya status gizi siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat status gizi siswi di Sekolah Dasar yang berada di Kenagarian Air Bangis Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV dan V Sekolah Dasar kelas yang ada di Kenagarian Air Bangis Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dengan jumlah 168 orang yang terdiri dari 7 Sekolah Dasar. Teknik penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 orang. Data dikumpul melalui pengukuran berat badan dan tinggi badan dan menggunakan rumus Indeks Masa Tubuh (IMT). Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Permindo street of Padang city is a strategic location to serve as the location of the activity of begging. There are some beggars who take advantage of the real physical limitations, and there also beggars deliberately creating impressions as a beggar. The problem is how the beggars creating impressions on themselves to bring in the mercy of the other people (prospective benefactors). The purpose of this study is to describe how form the impression management that created by beggars. This research was carried out by using qualitative research methods and the type is descriptive. From the results of the data obtained, impression management by beggars, covering by verbal and non verbal aspects. Verbal aspect that used in front stage area (front stage) by saying Assalamualaikum and Alhamdulillah, while the non-verbal aspects include tone of voice, body language, appearance, face expressions, tools, and mystification. In the back stage area (back stage), beggars doing impression management through tone of voice, body language, appearance, and face expressions. Beggars showing a different impression on the two settings. The purpose of this study was to know concretely about the basic technical skills of badminton owned by elementary school students in the Pembangunan Padang city. This type of research is classified into descriptive research. The population in this study were all students of elementary school students in the Pembangunan Padang city totaling 14 people, the entire population in this study was used as a sample. The instrument used to collect data in this study was to use basic technique tests to play badminton consisting of service, lob and smash. Analysis technique using descriptive statistical analysis. The results showed that: (1) Most elementary school students in Pembangunan Padang City had the ability to serve in the less category. (2) Most elementary school students in Pembangunan Padang City have the ability to lob in the less category. (3) Most elementary school students in Pembangunan Padang City have the ability to smash in good categories.
