In this research the author designed a tool to provide warnings before a flood disaster occurs. The design of an automatic water level monitoring system using an ultrasonic sensor (HC-SR04) based on Arduino UNO with a computer interface based on Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 was created using HC-SR04 to measure distance, Arduino UNO as the main controller for the entire tool, LED and buzzer. When the HC-SR04 measures the distance by emitting waves from the trigger pin as the trigger and the echo pin as the receiver, the distance will then be processed by the Arduino UNO to calculate how many \"cm\" distances have been measured. If the distance calculated by the Arduino UNO is < 30 cm then the green LED will light up, if the distance is < 20 cm then the yellow LED will light up and the buzzer will sound slowly. However, if the distance is <10 cm, the red LED and yellow LED will light up alternately and the buzzer will sound loudly. From the research that has been carried out, the author concludes that PT Alfa Kreasi (WEEKEND INC) implements a computerized payroll system seen in the recording process carried out on Google Sheets and for all data regarding payroll in the process of paying employee salaries via bank transfer. Waste-to-Energy (WtE) power plants have emerged as a promising option, but manual control issues within them have raised some serious challenges. Temperature variations in the boiler pose a threat to efficiency and productivity, resulting in significant economic losses and adverse environmental impacts. To address this problem, this research aims to apply Machine Learning to optimize boiler temperature control. Operational data is collected and used to train a Machine Learning model capable of accurately predicting temperature. This model is then implemented into the boiler control system. The research results indicate a significant improvement in temperature stability and a reduction in operational costs. The utilization of Machine Learning technology has paved the way for more efficient and sustainable operations. With the successful implementation of Machine Learning in boiler control, this research emphasizes the crucial role of advanced technology in the development of sustainable energy industries. In conclusion, the application of Machine Learning can provide an effective solution to temperature control issues, significantly optimizing efficiency and productivity. This plant lives in tropical areas such as in Indonesia. West Kalimantan, which is one of the islands that has a large area, has the potential for the utilization of this coconut. This potential is utilized as in export needs, but due to the use of traditional technology, namely using a wedge in stripping coconut husk, there is often a delay in the export process, so technology such as a coconut husk peeler with electric power is needed which aims to obtain more stripping time. fast. The research method in the design is done by reading the literature, observation, experimental and descriptive by varying the blade with an angle of 0o and 5o in order to obtain maximum results. Coconuts whose husks are peeled using a coir peeler design with variations in angles have a peeling machine capacity of 333 pieces/hour and 383 pieces/hour. Metal casting process of making objects by melting metal and pouring it into a mold cavity. Metal casting has been discovered and continues to be developed, one of which is Sand Casting, where there are various types of methods in making molds including the Furan, Disamatic, and Jolt Squeeze methods. The method used in this research is the Furan method which can be used to make objects with complex shapes such as the Adaptor component used in the Bucket Teeth for Excavators. The casting material used in this casting is GS-25 CrMo 4 steel which has strong and tough properties. All manufacturing processes are carried out through several stages, namely; design, model and core making, mold making, smelting, pouring, fettling and finishing, and quality control.
