This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach method. The sample of this study were 32 employees who were taken by total sampling technique. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership style and organizational commitment. there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership styles on communication. there is a positive but not significant effect between communication on organizational commitment. on organizational commitment mediated by communication has a positive but not significant effect. \u0000  \u0000  \u0000Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui komunikasi secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelian ini penelitian menggunakan jenis explanatory research dengan metode pendekatan kuantitaif. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 32 karyawan yang diambil dengan Teknik total sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). The research design used is associative descriptive quantitative. The data source for this research is secondary data in the form of data tables for 2006 – 2020 obtained from the Bojonegoro Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The technique of determining the sample using the judgment sampling method. The study shows that the variables of unemployment and economic growth simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Human Development Index. While partially, the unemployment variable has a negative and insignificant effect and the economic growth variable has a positive and significant influence on the Human Development Index. From the results of the two independent variables, the variable economic growth is the most dominant variable influencing the Bojonegoro Regency Human Development Index with the largest regression coefficient value.\u0000Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh Pengangguran dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2006-2020. Tingkat pengangguran Kabupaten Bojonegoro selalu mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun ke tahun. Terhitung dari tahun 2006 sampai dengan 2020 tingkat pengangguran Kabupaten Bojonegoro tertinggi terdapat pada tahun 2006 sebesar 10,02%. Dampak buruk yang dapat ditimbulkan oleh pengangguran yaitu berkurangnya pendapatan dalam masyarakat. Pengangguran dan Pertumbuhan ekonomi secara bersama – sama mempengaruhi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2006-2020. Variabel bebas yaitu Pengangguran dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi hanya mampu mempengaruhi variabel terikat yaitu Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten Bojonegoro  sebesar  50,51%  sedangkan  sisanya  49,49%  dipengaruhi  variabel diluar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil regresi dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi merupakan variabel dominan dalam mempengaruhi Indeks Pembangunan  Manusia  Kabupaten  Bojonegoro  tahun 2006-2020. Nilai persepsi (perceived value) yang tinggi akan menghasilkan kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi. Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa tujuan dari suatu bisnis adalah untuk menciptakan para pelanggan merasa puas. Terciptanya kepuasaan dapat memberikan beberapa manfaat, diantaranya hubungan antara perusahaan dengan pelanggannya menjadi harmonis sehingga memberikan dasar yang baik bagi pembelian ulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik probability sampling dengan total sampel berjumlah 100 sampel. Data diolah menggunakan alat bantu program IBM SPSS versi 25. Uji analisis data yang digunakan yaitu uji instrument penelitian (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasik (Normalitas, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas),  uji t, uji f,  dan uji sobel test. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan model analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) perceived value memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas. (2) perceived value mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. (3) kepuasan mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan . One of the implementations of the empowerment function is the role of Pesantren in increasing Sociopreneurship in the community around the pesantren. So, this study suggests the role of pesantren in increasing the Sociopreneurship of the Islamic Boarding School Community in Palembang City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and field research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, and interviews by distributing 30 questionnaires to pesantren administrators and local communities. The study found that social entrepreneurship in pesantren is carried out by providing students with the skills to run a business and collaborate with SMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to develop businesses. Pesantren also provides economic assistance to socioeconomically disadvantaged populations. Peneliitan ini dilakukan di satu universitas swasta di daerah Tangerang Selatan, Banten, dengan menggunakan acuan waktu antara tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2022. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun respondennya adalah pihak terkait yang ada di lingkungan kampus serta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Setelah data terkumpul dilakukan pengolahan data dengan cara menganalisa data yang ada, kemudian di interpretasikan dengan mengacu pada kerangka pikir penelitian. \u0000Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa SOP rekrutmen yang diintegrasikan dengan pemikiran berbasis risiko memberikan pengaruh yang cukup baik terhadap tingkat turnover karyawan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini, yakni penelitian dengan pendekatan library research. Sumber data pada studi ini dibagi menjadi dua bagian, yakni primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari jurnal dan buku yang relevan dengan variabel penelitian. Sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan dari buku dan jurnal yang tidak terpaut dengan tema penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni teknik  coding. Teknik coding pada data literatur digunakan untuk mengkondesasi data-data buku dan jurnal menjadi informasi yang terkait dengan variabel penelitian. Pada studi literatur penelitian ini, peneliti menemukan bahwa untuk mengentas kesenjangan sosial dalam berbangsa dan bernegara di Indonesia, tidak cukup hanya dengan mengandalkan teori deduktif ekonomi sekuler, profan, serta humanisme sentris. Namun, berdasarkan fakta juga dibutuhkan sebuah rumusan atau konsep ekonomi yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai etis dan moral spiritual keadilan sosial sebagai pelengkap. A dynamic world requires organizations to be more adaptive. It makes human resources a driving element whose organizational commitment is significant to maintain and improve at this time, covid-19 is the main focus of the government's attention to reducing the rate of spread of covid-19. Covid-19 is a major problem in the health sector and is of particular concern to many people, including volunteer organizations. Volunteer commitment is different from employees, and volunteer commitment is more influenced by internal or personal factors volunteers. This study aims to determine the organizational commitment of COVID-19 volunteers at SRPB Pasuruan City through personality variables, namely self-efficacy and locus of control. This research is in the form of quantitative research. The sample of this study was the Covid-19 volunteers at the Pasuruan City SRPB, totaling 180 volunteers. With multiple linear regression analysis models and using SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results of this study are Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, Self Efficacy and locus of control have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Professional commitment and self-efficacy variable has a stronger effect on organizational commitment than a locus of control.\u0000Sumber daya manusia adalah aspek penting dalam kemajuan dan kesuksesan organisasi dalam era globalisasi saat ini. Dunia yang dinamis menuntut organisasi untuk lebih adaptif. Hal ini menjadikan sumber daya manusia menjadi unsur penggerak yang komitmen organisasionalnya sangat penting untuk dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan pada masa sekarang ini covid-19 menjadi fokus perhatian utama pemerintah untuk mengurangi laju penyebaran covid-19. Covid-19 merupakan masalah utama dalam bidang kesehatan dan menjadi perhatian khusus bagi banyak orang termasuk organisasi relawan. Komitmen relawan berbeda dengan karyawan, dan komitmen relawan lebih dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal atau personal dari diri relawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui komitmen organisasional pada relawan covid-19 di SRPB Kota Pasuruan melalui variabel kepribadian yaitu self efficacy dan locus of control. Penlitian ini berbentuk penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah relawan covid-19 di SRPB Kota Pasuruan yang berjumlah 180 relawan. Dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda dan menggunakan alat analisis SPSS 25. This article is a literature study research. This article concludes that an internal audit aims to ensure the reliability of the information, conformity with various policies, plans, procedures, and statutory provisions, protection of organizational assets, economical and efficient use of resources, and the achievement of various goals and objectives that have been set. Audit activities, if carried out properly and properly, teach and apply ethical values ​​in Islam, namely the values ​​of honesty, accountability, professionalism, and justice as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. In the context of contemporary sharia maqashid, internal audit can be analogized as a form of safeguarding or maintaining property (hifz al-mal), as well as part of the specific maqashid, namely preventing and avoiding evil and getting closer to the benefit. Thus, it can be concluded that the principle of internal auditing can be said to be in line with the objectives of the Shari'a, namely protecting from evil and bringing prosperity or goodness.\u0000Abstrak\u0000Artikel ini akan mengkaji dan menggali mengenai spirit profetik yang terkandung dalam konsep audit internal, kemudian membacanya dengan perspektif maqashid syariah kontemporer yang digagas oleh Jasser Auda. Artikel ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa audit internal bertujuan untuk menjamin keandalan informasi, kesesuaian dengan berbagai kebijaksanaan, rencana, prosedur, dan ketentuan perundang-undangan, perlindungan terhadap harta organisasi, penggunaan sumber daya yang ekonomis dan efisien, serta tercapainya berbagai tujuan dan sasaran yang telah ditetapkan. Aktivitas audit, jika dilaksanakan dengan benar dan sebagaimana mestinya, mengajarkan dan menerapkan nilai-nilai etika dalam Islam, yaitu nilai-nilai kejujuran, akuntabilitas, profesionalisme dan keadilan sebagaimana yang telah dicontohkan Nabi Muhammad SAW. Dalam konteks maqashid syariah kontemporer, audit internal dapat dianalogikan sebagai bentuk penjagaan atau pemeliharaan terhadap harta (hifz al-mal), serta bagian dari spesifik maqashid yaitu mencegah dan menghindarkan dari keburukan serta mendekatkan pada kemaslahatan. The analytical method used in this study is OLS (Ordinary Least Square) anda method using time series data in the form of quarterly from 2010 to 2020. In conducting this research the author uses the help of the E-views 9 analysis tool.
