Public services are intended to prosper the community. The condition of people who experience dynamic development, the better level of community life, resulting in people becoming more aware of what their rights and obligations are as citizens in living in the community, proposing their demands, desires, and aspirations to the government. The purpose of this study are as follows: 1) To determine the service quality of KIR test at the Department of Transportation (Dishub) of Kediri City? 2) To find out the satisfaction of KIR service users in the Department of Transportation (Dishub) of Kediri City?, 3) To analyze the influence Kir test service quality to the satisfaction of KIR service users in the Kediri City Transportation Agency (Dishub)? This study uses quantitative research designs. This study consists of two variables, namely the independent variable of this study is the quality of service while the dependent variable of the study is the satisfaction of the users of mobile vehicle testing services, data collection by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Based on the results of the research. The problems in this study are (1) How is the social interaction of students in life in the boarding houses of Palangka Raya City; and (2) What social behavior is formed in the process of social interaction of students in life in the boarding houses of Palangka Raya City. The method used is qualitative. The results of this study are (1) The interaction of students living in conventional boarding houses and semi-boarding boarding houses shows social behavior such as help and kinship. Whereas in the modified boarding houses there are individualistic tendencies. The same thing also happens with conventional boarding houses that are not present and / or far from their owners, the residents tend to be relatively more free; (2) The learning pattern of students living in conventional boarding houses and modification boarding houses tends to be only when they want to take exams and have assignments. While in the semi boarding boarding houses, in addition to studying at the campus also learn in the boarding houses (special places) that have been provided by the boarding houses owner. The issue of water and poor sanitation in Indonesia spawn Program Pamsimas. The goal of the Program is to improve the access of Pamsimas drinking water and sanitation for the poor in rural areas and suburbs, as well as enhancing the values and behaviors of healthy living by building/infrastructure and means of providing drinking water and sanitation sustainable community-based and can be adopted by people to achieve the MDGs targets. Based on the results of the study and discussion of the two issues that the formulation is specified, then the obtained results, among other Policy Implementation Program Pamsimas in Trenggalek already running in accordance with the technical guidelines which in practice already refers to the components of the program i.e., community empowerment, the Ministry of sanitation, drinking water supply, and support the management of the commissioning programme. Factors that support the success of the Program Pamsimas in the presence of, among others, Trenggalek Regency method involving the existence of community empowerment, providing innovation and creativity inspires the citizens through group work, compromise bottom up and top down and commitment at all levels. Factors that impede the success of Trenggalek Regency Pamsimas, among others, lack of cooperation, natural condition, as well as the quality of the water resources untapped. Thus, it is expected that there will be investments in the Simpang Lima Gumul area because it is a strategic road and location. This study was analyzed using the theory of the role of government and public policy. The research method in this journal uses descriptive qualitative methods. CBD is held in a multi-year and continuous system, meaning that the budget is carried out annually. The project is from exemption until completion from 2002-2012. The project phase includes land acquisition in 2002-2009, construction of monuments, construction of highways, and the fourth phase of construction of public facilities such as terminals, regional banks, the monument market on Sundays and the immigration office. While the construction of the new Hall was completed in 2012. This is still needed by investors for CBD development because of limited funding from the government. Supporting factors in the CBD development policy are cooperation with German, French and other networks. The theory used in this study is the concept of culture, the concept of physical education, and the sport of menyipet and balogo concept. Research use qualitative method and expected to get deep results (insight) as well as comprehensive (holistic). Like menyipet, it used to be a hunting activity to add a variety of side dishes to be consumed, besides sipet as well as a tool to defend yourself. But now, hunting is prohibited, then sipet is developed into a traditional sports arena along with balogo. As a cultural wealth in the form of traditional sports that are loaded with various noble teachings and values, the city government of Palangka Raya strives to preserve and revive the sport of menyipet and balogo through various festivals and incorporate it into the local content curriculum in high schools. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are interactive models. The validity of the data is done by triangulating the source and method. Utilizing the information from the informants, this study produced findings: 1). The public service strategy in the Kandangan District Office is seen from various indicators, namely the provision of physical facilities and equipment, reliability, simplification of processes, pure responsiveness of the apparatus, providing waiting rooms and places. Secure parking/assurance (Assurance), and empathy (empathy) apparatus in Kandangan Subdistrict, the average community considers it to be relatively good. 2).
