The goal is to substantiate a rational technological process of distributing row crops seeds in a row with a pneumatic seeding apparatus. Special equipment was used in the system of ensuring the revolutions of the seeding disc, sucking seeds to its holes, pneumatic transport of seeds after separation from the opening of the seeding disc for con-tact interaction with the receiving platform of the sensor of the number of seeds and its settling in the collector. The novelty of the research lies in the use of an acoustic sensor for a single registration of the sowed seeds with a short time interval, which makes it possible to assess the quality of the operation of the sowing device by the standard deviation of seeds from a given seeding rate in their normal distribution in accordance with the law of numbers. The operating mode of the pneumatic seeding apparatus from specialized equipment as part of the test bench was carried out as an example of sowing sunflower seeds with a seeding rate of 3 seeds / linear meter for the conventional seeder speed of 9 km / h. The data obtained with different time intervals between the registered seeds in WAV format by the PTC Mathcad Prime software was represented by classical distributed seeds in graphical form and data in tabular form. The most significant parameters for such an assessment are the reaction force in the bear-ing oil layer, the frictional moment in the oil layer, and the relative internal and external clearances in the bearings. The software Flexible Rotor was used as the main computational tool of this study. This software is registered in the register of applied programs for computers No. 2006611094. The study considered the following design options for rotors with a combination of wheels made of dif-ferent materials: 1) impellers made of traditional metal materials - compressor wheel made of alu-minum alloy, turbine wheel made of heat-resistant nickel alloy (basic version); 2) сompressor wheel made of composite, turbine wheel made of heat-resistant nickel alloy; 3) aluminum alloy compressor wheel and composite turbine wheel; 4) a compressor wheel and a turbine wheel made of composites. According to the evaluation studies, the most rational options for variable wheel combinations in the rotor design are proposed. In general, the results of the calculations showed that a decrease in the mass-inertial characteristics of the rotor due to the use of composite materials with a low density leads to a decrease in bearing loads and a reduction in friction losses by up to 3 times. The estab-lished reduction of the friction torques reduces the intensity of the dissipation of mechanical energy in the bearings. At the present stage of scientific and technical activities of most developers, great emphasis is placed on controlled seat suspension systems, as the most promising systems. This article analyzes the methods of controlling the elastic damping characteristics of the air suspension of a vehicle seat. Ten dif-ferent and fairly well-known methods of changing the shape and parameters of elastic damping characteristics due to electro-pneumatic valves, throttles, motors, additional cavities, auxiliary mechanisms and other actuators were considered, the advantages, application limits and disad-vantages of each method were analyzed. Based on the results of the performed analytical procedure, as well as the recommendations known in the scientific and technical literature on improving the vibration-protective properties of suspension systems, the authors proposed and developed a new method for controlling the elastic-damping characteristic, which is implemented in the proposed technical solution for the air suspension of a vehicle seat. The method differs in the thing that it im-plements a cyclic controlled exchange of the working fluid between the cavities of the pneumatic elastic element and the additional volume of the receiver on the compression and rebound strokes, forming an almost symmetric elastic damping characteristic, and partial recuperation of vibrational energy by a pneumatic drive, presented in the form of a rotary type pneumatic motor.
