The sample size was determined by Fisher et al., formula and the participants were selected through simple random sampling, those who met the eligibility criteria were included in the study. Data was collected through a self-administered questionnaire and data was analysed by use of SPSS version 26, where descriptive data was presented by the use of tables and figures. \u0000Findings: This study revealed that 61.7% of the students were satisfied with the clinical placements as it provided a positive learning environment, while 84% reported they had the opportunity to transfer theory into practice. In addition, 59.1% were satisfied with the hands-on experience they had in the clinical area however, 58.3% were dissatisfied with the use of Evidence-based practice and 54.8% were dissatisfied with the involvement of lecturers in clinical training. \u0000Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: This study tested the Kolb Experiential model where for learning to take place the students need to go through concrete experience, reflective observation, abstract conceptualization and active experimentation. This study is in support of this model that for effective learning to take place the student has to undergo all the learning cycle. In policy, this study recommends the need to equip health facilities and employ more nurses in the hospitals who will also act as mentors to students and improve these facilities into teaching and referral centres. In the KMTC campuses the average student population is thirty thousand (30,000). The research used simple random sampling in the selected campuses. The sample size was 384. Primary data was collected using questionnaires and Quantitative data was analyzed using descriptive statistics whereas qualitative data was analyzed using content analysis. Qualitative data was transformed into themes and analyzed with the helped of SPSS version 25. Collected data was edited, sorted, cleaned and coded for data analysis. \u0000Findings: The study revealed that Student’s departments, course of study and level of study have an influence in achievement of blended learning. There is an association at 5% significant level between having a device to use in online learning and attending virtual classes, χ2 (1, N= 396) = 4.393, p = 0.036. The Phi = .105, p = .036. At 5% significance level, there is an association between student’s proficiency in using learning applications and the percentage of attending virtual classes, χ2 (6, N= 230) = 16.889, p = .010. \u0000Unique contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy: The study recommends that departments should be strengthened to offer both virtual and face to face sessions The College should ensure that students participating in blended-Learning courses have access to adequate and appropriate learning resources. The target population included all women of reproductive age (14-49 years) in Kipini location. The study population consisted of women of reproductive age who had delivered. A structured questionnaire was used as the primary instrument of data collection during interviews of the consenting women of reproductive age. The sampling techniques used involved a combination of cluster sampling, proportionate, systematic sampling and simple random sampling. Data analysis was done using the SPSS. Authorization from the Kenya Methodist University ethical committee was sought prior to data collection \u0000Findings: A total of 335 (95.7%) questionnaires were filled and returned. Majority of the respondents were married, with a primary level of education, occupation being farmers. Majority of the women had their last delivery in a hospitals (80%), with most of the delivery happened in private facilities (77.6%). From the findings, cultural and cost factors had a negative relationship to the utilization of delivery services by women of the reproductive age. However, access and socio-demographic factors had a positive and significant relationship to the utilization of delivery services by women of the reproductive in Tana River County. \u0000Unique Contribution to Theory, Practice and Policy recommendation: The study recommended skilled attendants to allow some safe cultural and religious practices during delivery so as to encourage the utilization of delivery services. It also recommended that the county government enforce the free maternity policies by making sure that no hidden or additional fee is charged to the women during delivery.
